Apartment ideally located on the 5th and last floor of a secure residence in the heart of the resort with a magnificent sea view. Located on Place de la Méditerranée, it is facing east with a beautiful balcony in the L-shaped parking lot guaranteed in summer season. (from 6/1 to 9/30). FEET IN THE WATER! Beautiful 2-room apartment located in a small quiet building with a capacity of 2 to 3 people, completely refurbished and very comfortable with panoramic sea views. Free parking nearby the space. There are 3 beaches near the apartment, a 5-minute walk away, nestled in small coves. One is pebbled and the other 2 are sandy (shoes recommended) You will have the option to access many other beaches on Port-Vendres by car or on foot.
