Apartment holiday rentals in Port Royal

This was our second stay in Seaside Villas, the first with Erin. We really like the proximity to the beach and the restaurants at Coligny. Erin’s place was well equipped and clean. She provided plenty of beach toys and a pair of bikes. She responded quickly to any questions. In addition, an appliance issue cropped up late one evening. She quickly responded and the issue was resolved as quickly as could be expected. We highly recommend renting from her.

Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

We had the best time on HHI at Christina’s condo. My husband & I took our one year old on her first beach vacation and there was plenty of space! We loved the convenience of the location as well as the patio for our morning coffee. We utilized the trolley in the Sea Pines area which conveniently stops at the condo to get to the beach! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Diane’s place was an excellent decision for my family of 5 (6, 3, 6 months). The beach was roughly a 10 minute was with lugging 2 wagons. She had everything we needed. Groceries were also able to be delivered right to the door from Kroger. She responded very quickly and politely. Highly recommend.

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

Lp was friendly and quick to respond. Instructions were clear and we found the condo comfortable. We cooked some and the kitchen had pots and pans,etc. for our use. There are stores very closeby. We loved watching the racoons at night behind in the marsh. Our day trips to Charleston and Savannah were relatively close. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring Beaufort! Overall, the location and amenities and price made this a wonderful place to stay.

Our condo was super clean, comfortable, and located right in front of the beach, which was so convenient. It is well insulated which makes for quiet nights, great for sleep!

Tidewater Shoals is wonderful place to unwind and relax! The view is amazing and the beach is quiet and peaceful! Their condo is very clean and we had everything we needed! They even go the extra mile and furnish beach towels and chairs for you! Will not hesitate to stay again. Our furry friends loved it too!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time during our vacation in Hilton Head. The gift basket was a great touch and the condo was exactly as described. It was very cozy, quiet, and comfortable for what we needed. Walking distance to trails and restaurants, the hosts also provided recommendations. 10/10 would book again!

We really loved staying here! The place was very clean. I loved all the natural light. The bed was very comfortable, and added bonus that the bed was adjustable. It was really nice having the bikes that came with the place, too! The Dune Buggy was easy to use to take you places, and we enjoyed the proximity to Shelter Cove as well! Laura was very intentional about making sure we had everything we needed.

We have stayed at this condo several times and we love it! It’s perfect for a few days at the beach. Sarah was a great host and very sweet!

The place itself and the location were perfect and exactly as described. We'd stayed in the same building once before so knew about the nearby activities, bike rentals, convenience store, etc. This particular unit was spotlessly clean, attractive, very comfortable, and quiet, and it was extremely peaceful, especially sitting on the back deck overlooking the calm canal. The kitchen was very well equipped all around and had every possible amenity we needed (except pepper!). We had/have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was always responsive within a brief time, so our questions were answered very soon after we got in touch with him. The only thing I would suggest is that you organize any visiting guests ahead of time if possible because the guest pass situation at the gate was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we'd strongly recommend the house, location, and owner's management of things overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yelena’s Airbnb, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. She was responsive, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced my stay. Whether it was local dining spots or hidden gems in the neighborhood, her insights made my trip even more memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to returning in the future!

This is the best rental I ever had, extremely clean and tidy. The host provided everything we needed and I felt like at home during the stay. The host was very friendly and fast responding. Can’t think of anything that’s not positive. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to friends.

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We had the most wonderful stay, from the peaceful location to the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep in! We relaxed immediately and jumped right into our vacation. Our hosts thought of everything, the whole condo was well organized, and anything we needed was easily found. I highly recommend adding on the bike rentals. An early morning beach bike ride was a highlight of our trip and the whole island is very bike friendly.

Great stay in Hilton head at Lori’s place. Place was exactly as described and all instructions were helpful. Place was setup great and had all we needed including bikes and beach chairs

This place was AWESOME! The resort had a little bit of everything. We always had something to do to keep the kids busy. The place: Perfectly described and had everything we needed. High chair, portable crib, baby spoons, beach wagon, beach essentials, etc. We hardly had to bring any of our *extra* stuff because they had it already. The location: The location of the condo was great as far as Hilton Head goes. Close to everything - within 10-20 minutes. We didn’t go very far, but everything was right where we needed it. Beach access: The WORST walk to the beach 😅 The beach wagon was great, but with 2 toddlers, it was LONG. There is a shuttle that goes back and forth, but half the time it was closed. That was our biggest complaint. The Hosts: AMAZING. The best hosts we’ve ever had in our years with AirBnB. Multiple messages sent to prepare us, made sure we got there, made sure we got home safely, and so much more. Simply amazing. I wish they could host all of our trips.

I had a wonderful stay! Julia is a great host who responded very quickly when I had a question. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The resort is well maintained and I appreciated having security and maintenance staff available if needed. There is so much to do on Hilton Head Island, I could easily have stayed another week!

Our stay was amazing! We had an amazing time, and had peace of mind with Brandy’s place. The Condo was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is perfectly located just a super short distance to all the shops and restaurants in Coligny. Brandy was super kind and very responsive whenever we messaged her. When we arrived there was a small issue with the WiFi, however I reached out and she immediately jumped on the phone with me to help resolve it! With her help it was fixed within minutes and we had no further issues! I cannot speak more highly of our experience with this host. We will definitely be booking with her again. Great location, reasonably priced and clean. I would recommend when disclosing it sleeps six, that it mentions blowup mattress and that the bunk beds are really designed for children (smaller than twin size).

It was quiet, really nice and comfortable. Was walking distance to the beach, removed from the main drag of hilton head, so traffic was easy by the location. It was cozy and had everything we needed.

Cozy beach Condo. Ocean view with easy access to the beach. Neat, tidy and well equipped. Jackie was a super host. We will surely book this Condo again!
