Holiday rentals with beach access in Port Richey

This unit is basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. It was retro and definitely felt like we were back in the 50s. Fun decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed. Great location and away from the crowds. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

Not only is the location and the layout of their unit perfect for us but to walk into they're home was definitely home away from home for us! I greatly appreciate how everything was perfectly organized and not just cleaned up but clean! We felt comfortable enough to unpack all of our belongings and use Mike & Alex's amenities provided! To unload my things is very rare for concerns of dirtiness and or bugs, not here! We really appreciate how detailed and clean you keep your home! Not only is it pristine clean but updated and modern with the perfect Finishing Touches! From the fully stocked kitchen, seasonings, to the perfect accessories throughout! Thank you for not having chintzy Beach gear! Thank you for the squishy soft bath rug and wonderful personal care products! The bed was no joke thank you for the soft sheets and comforter!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Host were very helpful and understanding with instructions and had many items they for multiple activities to let you use. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if I were to come back.

The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

I will continue to recommend it 100%, thank you for always responding, for the kindness, for making us feel at home. Thank you for the amenities.

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! Visited with my husband and our two kids. We had such a great time on our stay! Beautiful lake view, super clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this place for a small family. Very conveniently located near Honeymoon Island! Quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting on the lake.

Loved the pirate themed inside and outside is a great setting to start your weeki wachee adventures. Plenty of kayaks and paddles, activities, and made use of the outside grill. Had an excellent time and hoping to stay here again sometime! Definitely worth a trip.

I had family in from up north and I of course wanted to be the coolest aunt, so I rented Rhonda’s place. It was absolutely perfect. It offered so much beauty just being able to paddle on the springs to see manatees and other wildlife. If you want a quaint perfect spot on the river I would highly recommend Rhonda’s place.

Great house in a great location! Within walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. We had a great time Memorial Day weekend in weeki wachee while Kayaking, boating and ending the day in the pool watching the sunset. Our Favorite place to end the day was on the back patio on the water. The only thing that would make it better is access to the gulf. But on a holiday weekend, probably better we stayed off the water and utilized the pool.

The place was wonderful. it was very comfy. Big kitchen with lots of pans to cook in. big fridge and huge TV in all the rooms. AC is on point and works great. The yard, the water, the atmosfere is pretty awesome. Loved it

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

Our stay at the Westwind was great. Very clean and up to date amenities. Had everything you need to head to the beach including beach chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything was very positive. Just as described and pictured.
