The apartment was very nice, clean and as in the photos, the location was great, everything was close, the beach was 10 min away, restaurant recommendations and everything was very well explained. I recommend it.

The best place to stay. Svetlana was an amazing host and she really looked after us girls. She gave us ideas on what to do every day and made us feel so welcome, even when we bumped into her out side the air bnb. So friendly couldn’t fault her. Me gusts mucho!

Excellent apartment within heart of life in Alicante. Had everything needed. Really quick easy walks to all main streets, front, trams etc. perfect location. Cute balcony with view of castle and great space to catch morning sun. Excellent communication and Carmen was so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Travelled with my two teenagers and felt safe. Would bring my husband next time to sample finer dining and beaches. Perfect time had at this place

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

Nice place in the middle of everything, we were lucky to find it. We stayed for a month and will gladly come again. The host was really welcoming and responsive. Thanks a lot , Andres, for your hospitality, we had a great vacation!

We had a great holiday staying at the apartment. It was very homely. The terrace was a real added bonus in the heat . It was well kitted out too with toys and beach towels. Marisa was very helpful with recommendations.

We can recommend the apartment 100%. Location is great, next to everything you need. Commucation with the host was super friendly and easy. The terrace is spacious and a real highlight. Everything was super clean, beautiful and very well equipped. Perfect stay.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Alicante's downtown and the restaurant area. It's pretty big and the design is really cool! 100% recommended

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The stay went very well! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. The bedding is of very good quality, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We were in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 a.m. and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is not so hot, you can still have a drink.

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Great place to stay!! You'll feel right at home There was nothing missing. It is equipped with everything you need at home I would do it again!

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've been to so far. The location is a bit outside the city center (lines 5, 4 and L21 stop near the accommodation) but directly on the long San Juan beach. You can also lie down there and rent umbrellas. Alternatively, there is a parasol for the beach in the accommodation. I found the San Juan beach more beautiful and not quite as crowded as the beach in the city center. Approximately 30 minutes by train/bus to Pouerta del mar in the city center. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, e.g. also with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Tetyana was super friendly and quick to reach if you had any questions. She even got me insect spray and brought it over because the supermarket was closed on Sundays. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation and the beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. If you want to relax a lot on the beach, this is the perfect accommodation. Thanks for the stay 🙂

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.
