Holiday rentals with beach access in Port of Alicante

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Great location and view of the water. Spacious apartment with everything we needed including a washer. The only drawback was the noise especially when the collected the garbage in the middle of the night.

The apartment was 100% correct as described. Tamy met us at the train station and gave us the keys, she was super flexible and we didn't have to wait for the official check-in time. The apartment has two totally separate bedroom, each at different ends of the apartment, so it was super private for us staying there. The apartment is really spacious, and it's possible to spend the whole day inside the apartment without feeling cramped, and with a nice little balcony also. The only little thing, and this is a natural consequence of being right in the middle of busy Alicante, it can me a little bit noisy around midnight, but not too bad, and it didn't ruin our stay. We will book this apartment again, that is how much we liked it.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

Beautiful clean apartment for two people located on two floors. It has a very comfortable big bad and everything one might need. The check-in and check-out went very easy, the whole communication with Juan was very friendly. Keep in mind that the beach and shops are located a little bit downhill, which can be a problem for some people.

A estadia foi ótima! É muito fácil e ágil a comunicação com Rocío. A localização é excelente, bem no ponto mais vivo do Casco Antigo de Alicante. É próximo da praia e tem todas as comodidades necessárias.

Det här var en fantastisk plats, över förväntan. Takterrassen på kvällarna, goda maten i kvarteret, goda viner. Tystnaden, och nära till stranden gjorde sitt. Kan absolut rekommendera boendet.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Mycket trevligt townhouse i de äldre delarna av Alicante. Jättefin utsikt från den stora takterrassen som hade sol hela dagen. Mysiga gator och gränder i närheten. Rent och fint. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Потрясающее место и вид , в квартире все что нужно для комфортного прибывания . Рассветы великолепные с видом прямо с кровати спальни . Хозяин заботливый и все время на связи . Место , цена и качество идеальны . Тот случай , когда реальность превзошла ожидания . Удобный район с точки зрения транспортного сообщения в центр и аэропорт . Широкие пляжи и замечательный песок . Я бы сюда еще вернулась . Искренне рекомендую !))))

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Posizione perfetta! Spazi ambi e abbastanza puliti. Hagen ed Elizabet sono molto cordiali e simpatici.

Rosy fue muy amable y receptiva; se preocupa de todos los detalles (toallas, bolsas de playa, sillas playa, etc). Nos esperó con una botella de cava y unos dulces, entre muchas otras cosas. Fue una persona cálida y nos dio toda la información que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía. El Campello es precioso y el apartamento está frente a la playa, tiene una hermosa vista. Disfrutamos el tiempo allá!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
