Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

I had a great time staying at this place! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and everything was perfectly clean and well prepared. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, with neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and close to all amenities: restaurants, small local shops... It's the perfect place to relax. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful villa. The amenities are very good. 👍 It was very quiet and relaxed; with great views and wonderful garden. Fanny was super friendly and took care of anything you need.

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. thank you to Stéphane and his wife for their kindness and responsiveness in our exchanges .

Mickael’s place is spectacular! From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we enjoyed everything about it. The house is spotless and beautiful. Mickael and Vanessa made us feel right at home. They were the perfect host. By far one of the best Host we ever had! We would definitely book with them again in the future. The house is located near lots of restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and went out of the way to make sure we felt right at home. The night we arrived, we requested recommendation for a restaurant nearby. Not only did they provide a recommendation, but they also called the restaurant and reserved the table for us. That is customer service at its highest level. We are thankful for the service provided to us throughout the whole week.

The views are absolutely beautiful, you can't have too much of it! Clean, functional accommodation and perfectly in line with the photos. Go without hesitation:)

We loved this villa. The places are beautiful, warm and clean. The outdoor space is so comfortable and really gives the tropical effect sought during the holidays. The Vegetation is so beautiful 🤩 the layout is super intimate. We had a big cut of heart ♥️

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We had a great week in Guadeloupe. The people stood out the most. The host, chef, and housekeeper were amiable, courteous, and helpful. The host, Mai, went out of her way to help us when our return flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. She helped arrange a great hotel and even went to the hotel to meet us to make sure we were checked in okay. Thank you!

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We were delighted to have been able to benefit from such privileged access to a real corner of paradise, carefully created by Anne-Laure and Noël. The house is nestled on the heights of the town, towards the bottom of a lane ending in a path. Anne-Laure gave us a very warm and attentive welcome. We immediately felt comfortable. The accommodation is simple but very well equipped and in an impeccably clean condition. True luxury is found outside. The accommodation has a view of absolutely unspoiled nature. The very pleasant swimming pool is adjoined by a welcoming carbet with hammocks. The whole is drowned in a lush nature with a beautiful choice of exotic flowers. Our children enjoyed themselves as much as we did. The owners live downstairs but we only felt their presence when we expressed the need. We didn't want to leave and hope to return soon. Thanks again for hosting.

We spent a week with family (6 adults / 2 children) at Villa Noyana. We were welcomed by Sandrine the concierge of the house. No one has great tips and services. The descriptions of the villa are perfect, the amenities are of quality. The garden is breathtaking! A dream week! We recommend Linda's villa, the perfect place for a heavenly holiday! Victorian

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and there is everything important. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the beautifully designed garden and great pool invite you to relax. The communication with Carole and Magali was impeccable. Overall we had a nice stay. The house is well equipped and arranged. It met our expectations. The environment is peaceful and conducive to rest. Good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

The Villa is delightful and just as amazing as in the photos. The location is perfect, the water is right there and the beach where you can really float is just a beautiful short walk- on the beach- from your back yard. Absolute bonus: delicious restaurants, bakery and general store right around the corner. You can spend days on end without getting in the car! Our host was super responsive and everyone around including neighbors and maintenance workers in the facility were all very friendly. We really felt at home.
