Second stay for our family and we were not disappointed. Lovely place for some R&R and easy access to town to explore. Thanks again!

We were looking for a nice place with indoor pool for our kids, this place was exactly what we were hoping for! The house is very nice, has a few stores nearby to buy anything you might forgot back home. We will definitely come back again!

Jennifer's place was a perfect gathering point for our birthday family reunion. The accommodation was spotless, bright and warm and even had a little pack and play set up for the baby to have a nap. The grounds were stunning as was the view. Our only regret is that the weather did not cooperate so water activity was limited to a polar dip followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A beautiful retreat that our family thinks should be an annual event.

What a dream of a trip to Muskoka! Eight of my friends and I stayed at this lovely cottage and had the most amazing time. The cottage itself is absolutely gorgeous and felt so welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for our long-overdue get-together. Our host Ashley, was an absolute gem – always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We were so touched when they offered us an extra night because of some minor issues that were completely out of their hands. It just shows how much they care about their guests' experience. We're already dreaming of our next visit; this cottage is definitely the place we'll return to!

We stayed at this cottage over the long weekend and had an amazing time. The place was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The backyard was spacious and peaceful, ideal for lounging or enjoying a BBQ. The owners were incredibly helpful, respectful, and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful cottage and also nice outdoor decoration and nice walk to river with gorgeous lights! We celebrate birthday with family so plenty space for 10 people, 2 kids and 2 infants! Also just mention there’s noise detector which host didn’t mention on description, inside you can be pretty loud only outside have to respect live neighborhood but it wasn’t issue for us to celebrate birthday! Was flexible check-out from Bethany which helps us! Airbnb host is very responsive which is nice, there were a couple messages I had to follow-up on.

The cabin was beautiful and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay! I would definitely stay there again.

Staying here was a breath of fresh air, literally. It was wonderful to sit in the hot tub and relax with the river! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we could ever need. We spent our days touring the city and country side or relaxing in front of the fireplace, it was a much needed respite from our busy work lives. Normal and Laura were true to their word, everything was silent and as if we had the entire house to ourselves despite them living below. We never felt the need to deviate from our normal habits and the hosts were always happy to lend a hand if we had any issues. Laura was even amazingly kind and gave me the one teaspoon of instant yeast I forgot to pack so I could make my homemade pizza. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a lovely peaceful atmosphere! It was everything that we needed and more!

This was fantastic, calmest water I’ve ever been on, lots of fish, tons of games I will definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

Everything about our stay at Rocky Shore Drive was spectacular. This place is roomy with all the comforts of home. Quality furniture is found throughout the place . The home is grand , bright with all its windows , comfy and clean. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Lots of extra linens and blankets are also available. Kitchen is fully stocked with drip coffee, a bodum, electric kettle , a microwave , dishwasher and a toaster oven. You will also find two large fridges with ice makers and water dispenser and two Jen-air stoves . Main living room has a super comfy sectional , big screen tv and a fireplace . **look for Woody in the main living room :) Upstairs ; a computer work station , a couple recliners and two bedrooms along with a washroom . Both washrooms were stocked with fresh towels and basic shower supplies; Shampoo n body soap . The basement ; a pool table , rummoli game , a drinking game , lots of books and puzzles to be found as well. Five stars all around ?

We had a lovely stay at James' cottage, the view is stunning, the place is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. My favorite is to enjoy the view on the hammock or the swing in the living room. The location is very convenient, only a short drive to town. We would love to be back for the fall. A beautiful home, and when I say they have thought of everything, they have a real home away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. The property was clean, tidy and had a cosy, comfortable feel, with the fantastic view of the lake, which we did swim in! We loved the wildlife, including birds, as well as the delightful chipmunk and squirrel that ran about the garden area. We would recommend this property to a friend, and if we were in the area again, we would certainly stay. We found both Elaine and Mike very easy to communicate with and quick to respond through the Airbnb app.

Bill's place is absolutely amazing! We get access to a good hiking trail, the lake that we have plenty activities to do! The description is accurate; Bill and Lisa are super responsive to our messages. Overall it is such an amazing experience and highly recommend Bill's place! :)

Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

This cottage was perfect for our golf trip. Seguin Valleys golf course was just 25 minutes away and the cottage had a nice back deck and dock to hang out on after our games.

We had a perfect stay at Michelle’s cozy cottage! We enjoyed nightly family dinners and morning coffees overlooking the beautiful views of lake Nipissing. Her place was well stocked and then some! (nice BBQ, air fryer, and espresso machine, cards and games, towels etc.) Michelle was a great host and despite a family emergency was still quick to respond and was available for any questions we had throughout our stay. We would definitely return again!

We had a great 5-night stay here... The views were absolutely stunning and made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids - comfortable, spacious, and perfect for both socialising and relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings around the firepit and making use of the boats on the lake during the day. The hot tub was a big hit as well - such a great way to unwind while soaking in the scenery. The place was well-equipped and exactly as described and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and spacious retreat!

If you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil setting this is your place. The home was as described, clean and very well stocked. The outdoor area, fire pit and location are one of a kind. In October the fall colours were beautiful, would highly recommend James’ place for a peaceful getaway.

Even though we had a small hiccup on arrival, Ningning corrected it immediately and made it right. Thereafter we had a beautiful time and my husband had a wonderful birthday celebration with his family. It was a perfect place for such a gathering. What an amazing and well equipped kitchen. The cottage and the outdoor space were so spacious and breathtaking. It was very peaceful and our grandson enjoyed the play area. We definitely would return.
