We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

The stay went very well, Geraldine was very responsive in our exchanges and offered me services that were not included (baby equipment). The bottle of grape juice at our entrance was much appreciated....thank you for the attention. For everything else, everything is consistent with the descriptions and photos..... We spent very nice days at Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us kindly and also had many tips and recommendations for our vacation days. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill out. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable.

Very good welcome. Flexible hours. Impeccable accommodation. Good bedding. Peaceful residence. The new fans installed in the rooms are efficient and quiet. Nice outdoor terrace. This cottage is central for visiting the hinterland or the seaside. Close to the highway that goes down to Spain. I recommend it. Very good stay. Thanks again to Sophie for hosting us.

Jean Michel was very understanding, which allowed us to arrive at a time suitable for our baby. Large living space and well-oriented terrace to avoid suffering from the heat. The air conditioning is really an asset. Nice little walks in the surroundings. Jean Michel took the time to welcome us and advise us.

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

I can't recommend Maxime's place highly enough! The location is central and couldn't be more convenient! You can easily walk to all of the main attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, modern and stylish. Maxime was very responsive and flexible. A great stay overall!

We spent a week at the end of May in the house. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a tree-lined garden (no opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

The apartment was perfect for us...right on the canal with a peaceful private backyard garden and terrace. The kitchen was a gem...everything we needed, whether to just enjoy local wines and cheeses or to cook a full meal. Homps is a convenient hub for visiting other towns and villages nearby. We were there for 11 nights and were sad to leave. Thank you Kay and Knud!

Beautiful surroundings for a peaceful escape. The cottage was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed having the barbecue and terrace. The hosts were really responsive and helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

We were a family of 4 (2 children 6 & 8 years old) for a week in the accommodation. We particularly liked the location: a few minutes' walk to the beach, shopping, etc. were also within walking distance. The accommodation itself was nice and stylishly furnished, we felt comfortable. Only the kitchen utensils could be better equipped. It was a successful vacation, we can highly recommend the accommodation!
