Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Port Hope

Everything was great. The home was clean, beds really comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice backyard, room for all of our 3 cars and very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a very nice stay there and would recommend to anyone to reserve this home.

We loved our stay at the custard cottage and plan to return. It was very clean and welcoming, beds were comfortable and the place was adorable! Our only disappointment was that the fireplace wasn’t real and the gas stove required maintenance so we couldn’t use it either. All in all it was a great weekend.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Robin’s house was located very close to all the arena’s in Peterbourgh. We were there to watch our grandson play lacrosse. Hopefully they will return next year to this tournament. I will definetly be rebooking Robin’s loft. It was just as advertised. I also appreciated the selection of coffees. I hated to leave Maya's and Jon's cozy and comfortable apartment, the best of my several Air BnB stays in Peterborough, and I'm eager to stay there again. The apartment is in an older house that's typical of many in Peterborough, and positively reminded me of two places where I lived while growing up in Peterborough. The apartment was well-supplied with everything I needed, especially the kitchen, and I did a lot of cooking during my stay. Towels and linens were of great quality and very clean. (There's simply "clean" and then "very clean," in my view!). The hosts live downstairs. They were friendly and responsive, without being at all intrusive. The neighborhood is GREAT! At night, it was wonderfully quiet. In the morning, I awakened to birds singing. The house is very close to a park and the Rotary Greenway Trail. East City's "small town" main street, Hunter Street, is about a 15 minute walk away. I recommend the butcher shop, Hard Winter Bakery, and The Railyard restaurant.

I had a great stay! The location was super convenient, and the space felt so comfortable and homey. Sahiya and Gibran were really responsive and accommodating, which made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

A couple of minutes walk to Cobourg's King st. where there is a large selection of restaurants/coffee shops.

We had a lovely stay at Anuheas. It was a perfect spot to relax. Will stay here again.

I had a great experience staying here. Gaby provides clear instructions before arrival for an easy and private check-in. I didn’t need to use many of the amenities during my stay, but it has everything you may need and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you need lodging in the northern Toronto suburbs!

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s place! It was the perfect peaceful getaway from the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. He provided clear and detailed instructions for accessing the place, which made everything smooth and easy. Thank you, Kevin, for being so thoughtful and welcoming. If you’ve never been to Friday Harbour it’s an amazing weekend escape with beaches, pools, bars and restaurants and light shopping. We spent our 10th anniversary at Marks Condo in the Harbour and loved every minute of it. Mark’s condo in Friday Harbour really is a gem. It’s on the top floor of a quiet building just steps away from the main boardwalk, hiking trails, and everything else Friday Harbour has to offer. The building complex offers communal BBQs and fire pits that are available and easy to use. The condo itself is very clean, bright, with its own balcony and everything you could possibly need. Marks check-in instructions are very detailed and thorough and is great at communication should anything come up. It was an incredible weekend and we will 100% come back.
