Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share.
