Its located 1.6km from the town centre and features beautiful Norfolk Palms in the backyard. A sliding door leads out from the kitchen dining area on to a long patio, in summer after the beach you can kick back and enjoy a BBQ and take in the amazing countryside sunsets and in winter you can cozy up on the king living recliner lounge by the gas log fire and escape

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.
