C’est un lieu qui respire la sérénité, la chaleur humaine et la bienveillance. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi, comme enveloppé dans une bulle de douceur et d’harmonie. Un immense merci à Valérie, notre hôte extraordinaire, d’une gentillesse rare, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Sa bienveillance sincère et son attention portée à chaque détail rendent le séjour encore plus précieux. On ressent dans chaque recoin de la maison la beauté de son âme. This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Maison particulièrement bien équipée (cuisine, jardin), les enfants se sont fait plaisir avec la balançoire et la borne d'arcade. Elle est de plus très bien située, au calme et à proximité immédiate d'Omaha Beach. La supérette à quelques minutes à pieds permet de faire des courses d'appoint. Merci Béatrice pour les tips et la réactivité dans nos échanges !

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans le gîte de Nicolas ! La maison est vraiment spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Nicolas est venu nous accueillir pour nous faire visiter la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention envers notre toutou (gamelle à disposition et proposition de balades !). Nous avons très bien dormi, au calme de la campagne. Merci Nicolas pour la gentillesse de son accueil !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Stephan nous a très bien accueilli avec un excellent repas des iles. Logement très grand, et spacieux, il propose beaucoup de d'activités, billard / babyfoot / barbecue..... Le jaccouzi est un gros plus. Je recommande vivement !! :)

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Un logement pratique, bien équipé et à la décoration sobre, idéalement situé sur le port de Grandcamp, dans une résidence parfaitement sécurisée. Tout est accessible à pied, les restaurants, les commerces et la plage...

Un hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Un logement spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer du temps dans la location (piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, billard...). À l'extérieur, le village est calme et la mer est assez proche.

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre d’exception. Situé à proximité du Golf de Houlgate, ce havre de paix offre de nombreuses activités sur place (fléchettes, babyfoot, tennis de table, volley, piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, flipper, billard, karaoke). Le lieu parfait pour un EVG ou un séjour multi activités entre amis. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, le logement est très bien équipé et proche d’Houlgate pour des balades sur la plage!

Our group of 7 50 something men really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Normandy. Charlotte met us on arrival and showed us around the extensive house and facilities. The house was great with a well equipped kitchen, great covered and heated pool, tennis court and more. We didn't manage to make use of the bikes or canoes that were also at our disposal. Bedrooms were clean with good beds. My only criticisms would be that there was only seating for 5 in the living room, toilets did not have basins, and the directions were not great - a what.3.words location would have been really helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay and one of our group plans to return with their family later in the year.

Fidèle a la description du logement nous avons passé 2jours a nous ressourcer avec la nature et nos amis les animaux ( cygnes; ragondins ) que l'ont a pu observer au calme avec les jumelles mise a disposition . nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine. merci a vous

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

Maison bien équipée ,propre , terasse et chambre à l'étage avec vue mer . Idéalement située. A peine 3 minutes à pieds de la plage et des restaurants de bord de mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes AirBnB perfekt zwischen Port-en-Bessin und Bayeux gelegen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine super Urlaubswoche inklusive Sonnenbrand (im Juni 😉). Dem Hund hat die Normandie ebenso gut gefallen🇫🇷☺️.

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Nach vielen Erkundungen der näheren Umgebung, sind wir uns sicher dass wir genau da wieder hinfahren im nächsten Jahr. Wir haben uns in das Anwesen, die Lage, den Ort und das Hafenstädtchen Port Bessin verliebt. Wir fiebern schon bis zum nächsten Jahr. Danke Laurence für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!
