I recommend it, well located, spacious clean, well enclosed stayed with 1 small 4-year-old and 2 dogs, we were safe easily accessible to the beach by car, or even on foot despite the traffic, the sidewalks are wide for walking very well equipped kitchen thank you

A really perfect place for a couple who like a quiet stay. Two smallish squares offer very good local facilities and restaurants, while Carrefour local is only a one minute walk away, next to a cycle hire shop and a Pharmacy. The larger towns - La Flotte, Le Bois and ST Martin are all easily reached by the wonderful cycle paths.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Cathy, we were very well received. She gave us useful information about our arrival. She remained available when needed. The accommodation offers a plethora of useful equipment for barbecue, coffee and other. The spa was clean and functional. I recommend the house. There were 8 of us with 3 small children. PS: The garden is beautiful

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a great cousin weekend!!! The house is great! Same as the photos. There is everything you need to have a good time, swimming pool, billiards, foosball, brazier... we had a great time. We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

If you need calm, serenity, nature in an atypical house with beautiful walks and discovery, don't go any further, you are in the right place. Come to Morgane's house, nothing is missing, you just have to put your suitcases down!! And you can start your vacation. Best Regards

the accommodation is quiet and perfectly matches the photos. only downside for the upstairs bedroom where the fan ran all night while it wasn't hot. small vegetable garden to water and fruit to pick for the sweet tooth.

Manon's house is in the first place Manon and Anne with whom the power immediately went well; as if we were renting the house from someone we have known for a long time. It is an exceptional location at the foot of the Pont d 'Oléron from where you can easily radiate throughout the region. A peaceful community, inhabited by real world! Impasse du Canton, rue du Prier and bakery two minutes walk away! Market on Wednesdays and Sundays, two minutes away. Well-equipped kitchen to live in French and mix local and fresh produce. It was even able to cook a tasty pigeonau with a twinkle. Small peaceful garden, with south facing terrace, sheltered by a tile roof where we had our lunches and a few dinners at the end of April. Highly recommended! Thank you Manon and Anne!

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

One of the few places in Fouras where you can come with your pets ( we had two). Thank you for hosting us with our two small children and two dogs. Availability upon our arrival very appreciated ( information, time...) Very good location between beach and city center. We'll be happy to go back!

I had a great stay at Madeleine's. The view of Royan and the sea is just incredible... a beautiful sunset Lying on the bed, you feel like you're sleeping in a boat. The accommodation is super well located for visiting the region, for walking to the city 40 minutes to the big market otherwise less than 10 minutes walk from the rental there is also the small market which is very good, with the bakery and the pharmacy. A rental not to be missed...sincerely.
