It consists of a ground floor and two floors with two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and multiple spaces for tenants to enjoy of privacy and relaxation, or more social and group moments, with ample living space, such as the large living-dining room and its terrace, the Chillout located in the lower part, or the terraces of the rooms on the upper floor.

A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
