Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Port Charlotte

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Beautiful scenery and amenities!

Only stayed there overnight but it was a very comfortable, clean, welcoming. It was raining and it was quite cozy. The linens smelled really good. Would definitely recommend it to someone and I would definitely go back. Valentina was definitely proactive in texting us where we could find extra sheets, which we were looking for. It's small and cozy and has everything you need. I particularly loved the polished quartz countertop.

Casa De Sol was amazing!! So much room and loved the full kitchen!! It literally was a 2-3 mins drive to the beach and walking distance from good restaurants! Pop’s paradise grill was our favorite! The hosts were super responsive and nice! We would definitely like to go back!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

It was great for the kids. It was like she said it was comfortable. It was set up to be child friendly, which means a lot to us.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Maja's place. This was our third time visiting the area and by far the nicest place we've stayed in yet. The house itself was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard, and the inside was spotless, modern, roomy and loaded with everything you need. The outside area was just as nice. Great oversized pool area, with plenty of seating options for lounging by (or in) the pool, or dining outside. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even bikes for riding in the neighborhood and on the miles of bike trails that were just around the corner and ran behind the house. The house was also in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Maja's place to anyone looking for a beautifully maintained home in a convenient location, and would absolutely book here again.

Perfect for our large family. Having the upstairs allowed us good privacy for the older guests. The backyard was a little oasis. The bar with tv was a nice touch and the pool was perfect to chill in after a long day at the beach. The house was very clean and the furnishings were in great shape. Very comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook a couple of big family dinners. The location was great to visit all the local beaches and was only 10 -30 minutes away from the best shark teeth hunting areas!

We absolutely loved staying here for the week! There wasn’t one thing that we wanted or needed that wasn’t already in the house for us when we arrived. It was very clean, the furnishings were quite comfortable and the mattress in the master bedroom was amazing! We felt right at home. Anytime I had a question, Brian responded almost immediately and he made sure to check in to ask if there was anything he could’ve done better during our stay. It’s truly 10/10.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Luke was an outstanding host — incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind. I had a great stay at Sergey House! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Sergey was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and communication easy. The location was convenient and perfect. Highly recommend!
