We had the most magical stay at this jungle lodge, located above the city and only a 20-minute walk from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in nature, the lodge is part of a beautifully maintained estate filled with amazing plants, and cozy chill-out areas. Our favorite spot was the kitchen/ balcony, where we spent lots of time enjoying the fresh air in the quiet nature. The lodge offers the perfect escape from city noise while still being conveniently close. The apartment itself is super beautifully furnished and in high quality, including all needed equipment needed (big fridge, cooking hobs, pots and pans) Cyrus, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He arranged a tuktuk for our arrival and departure, ensuring a super smooth journey to and from the accommodation. Cyrus was always available, promptly solving any issues, providing recommendations and anything we possibly needed. We couldn't have asked for a better host and a better place to stay!

Excellent séjour au Palapa Inn à Port Barton. Dans une grande bâtisse typique au calme et pleine de charme à 5 min à pied de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Les chambres sont si propres, si bien aménagées ! Avec la climatisation au dessus de la tête et pas vers le lit, pour ne pas tomber malade. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le cadre avec beaucoup de verdure, on se croit dans la nature. Et bien sûr, la touche en plus c'est le personnel, vraiment adorable. Regine nous a aidés à trouver un chauffeur de confiance pour aller à Sabang (qui n'est pas facile d'accès en transports en commun depuis Port Barton). Et effectivement, le chauffeur nous a proposé un prix raisonnable et était extrêmement gentil et professionnel ! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement où j'ai passé la meilleure nuit de mon séjour aux Philippines ❤️

For our second stay in 18 months at Ellen’s place, we could not have asked for more. In other words, a perfect stay! The unit was very clean and well equipped. And it’s only at short distance (by tricycle) from the center of the village. Also to be noted: a powerful and reliable internet connection (300 mbps and plus). Ellen is a really a super host, as well as Sheena, her co-host on site. Both are very responsive and so keen to help with everything. Thank you very much to both of you! We look forward to come back to you unit at ou next visit in Taytay! 🤗

J'ai passé un super séjour chez Alan à Port Barton. Il est très souriant, accueillant et disponible si besoin. Il a répondu à toutes mes attentes. Chambre propre avec vrai douche, peu de pression mais fonctionne toute la journée.

We unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to my husband getting sick and we had to leave the country. Ellen was so helpful the whole way along on communication and she canceled for a refund on a non refundable booking for us!. We appreciated that so much & look forward to coming back and staying at her place soon. Blessings to her and her family! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!

The views from the apartment are stunning. I felt most at peace enjoying the scenery from the deck. This is a great place to stay to visit the PP underground river. Andre and co made the arrangements for us and it was smooth and easy. You can get there early and have the river to yourself! Heads up for people who like to sleep in, the rooster starts before sunrise so plan on waking up early!

Our stay at this lovely studio was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in lush greenery, it offered the perfect blend of peace, comfort, and convenience — a true hidden gem. Just a short walk from the beach, the location couldn’t have been better. The studio is spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, making it ideal for our family of four. The bathroom is large and modern, and the kitchen was a highlight — fully equipped and stocked with thoughtful snacks that made us feel right at home. Another great touch was the collection of fun games, which kept both the kids and adults happily entertained in the evenings. Whether you're looking to relax, explore the beach, or simply enjoy quality time with family, this place has it all. We’d absolutely love to come back!
