The 75-square-foot apartment on the third floor of an apartment building in good condition has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 90cm bed. The sofa bed in the living room also comfortably sleeps two. The apartment is centrally located near the promenade, market, eateries, and shops, and the riverfront is only a few hundred meters away. There's a movie theater on the same block, and the city's other cultural institutions is a short walk away. Free parking in the courtyard.

Less than 5 minutes walk to city center and 15-20 minutes to bus and train station. 30 minute walks to airport. You can walk anywhere from here! Free coffee and tea included :)
