The place looked exactly as advertised. The house is squeaky clean and very relaxing, highly recommended indeed. Perfect for family staycation. Location is great since it’s situated near famous restaurants. The kids soo loved the entertainment room and the pool. Spacious rooms each equipped with full bathroom, very convenient. Hope next time we could stay longer. Ms. Thet and Sir Aljay are very responsive, friendly and helpful.. We’ll definitely book again when we hit Pampanga.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, the kitchen is well furnished with all the essential equipment, the environment is quiet, yet near the main attractions in the area. Thank you for your hospitality !

I rested comfortably like at home. Especially the bed was so cozy and nice. I was able to sleep comfortably all the time. Recommended if you want a cozier space than a hotel ^^

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

We stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights with our kids, and overall, it was a great experience. Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!

The place is spacious , cozy and impeccably cleanml. We truly enjoyed our time, especially playing the PS4, and appreciated that the kitchen was fullt equipped with complete cutlery, they have also complimentary snacks which you can enjoy. It genuinely felt like home - peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Asif and Mary were both incredibly responsive and accommodating througout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we can confidently say this place exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Clean and spacious and feels like home. A great place to stay and very worth it

We all enjoyed our stay in Raffy’s place. It’s very accessible being located only at the 4th floor, which means convenient if you’re coming with senior. The PS5 and the karaoke are definitely must have entertainment. The place is huge and clean plus pet friendly! The balcony is spacious enough for small gatherings and you can see the wave pool below. If you’re bringing a car, they also have a parking slot so no worries for private parking. It also has a seven eleven convenience store at the building. The host is also very responsive. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

This is our second time staying at La Grande Residence, but our first time in Aaron’s unit — and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the mall, the airport, and Clark. Aaron is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. We highly recommend staying at his place!

Very clean, and a genuinely huge 1BDR unit. Staff are super friendly. Everything is white, which gives the place a feel of openness.
