Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and there are certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a bed, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

I love the stay at the vacation house

We were 5 people for an extended weekend at Aurelien's and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the accommodation.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. This is a very enjoyable stay! Beautifully furnished house, with all comforts and tidy. The large living space (kitchen and living room) are perfect to enjoy a weekend together.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

Beautiful house offered by Armelle, all the spaces are very large and bathed in light. And above all, impeccably clean!! Communication was very fluid and flexible. We booked the accommodation in function of our wedding and we have often booked through airbnb, but the hospitality we experienced here we have never experienced before. Fantastic! Carine & Ignace suggested taking photos in their beautiful garden, a bottle on arrival, Carine came by with transparent umbrellas for rainy weather, they were ready for the babysitters who slept with our children in the cottage. The house is exactly as in the brochures, and yet you immediately feel welcome with kids. Toys, plastic plates and cups, bibs. Everything is provided. Thank you for everything! Love, Coopman family

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space, quietly located and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were with 3 couples and 2 children. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

Clean accommodation and check-in and checkout could be done independently. The place is super well equipped. Matthieu provided us with all the necessary instructions for our arrival and departure.

Fantastically located, fabulous tranquility, unique historical architecture, tasteful interior design. Everything worked and was clean. Not the usual blemishes, which you often have in top accommodations. Everything was right here, up to the responsive, friendly and always very prompt communication with the host. We were 100% satisfied.

Thomas is a excellent host very helpful. His place is in a good location to visit this area. woul highly recomend Thoma's place.

We had a lovely time! The house was well-located and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including a super-king size bed and a little sun-trap garden. Samuel even recommended a local vet for our dog. The steep stairs may be a challenge for some visitors to be aware of.

This is a great place. The position is beautiful, the canal is so good. The house is great and I would definitely recommend. Lots of facilities and beautifully kept and has secure parking.

Beautiful house, incredibly beautifully designed by the architect/owner, both inside and outside and with an eye for detail. Moreover, in the middle of an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of the sea with nice addresses to discover as well. Here we really found everything that makes us happy! This gem is now at the top of our 'even-road' list ;-)
