The apartment is comfortable, clean and tidy; easy to reach and in a convenient location to visit the surroundings by car, I have always found parking under the house, the area in which it is located is quiet. Nicoletta was very kind in granting me a few more hours for check-out

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

The “Hydrangea Villa” at the very top of Villa Monti was a dream to stay in. The views were outstanding and all the windows open to hear the birds singing and allow cool breezes to flow thru (there is an excellent A/C system in this upper space as well). The downstairs bedroom & bath was just as clean, but not as cool as the “tower”. Communication pre-arrival was prompt and the onsite manager “MG” is friendly, attentive, knows Varenna well and gave us great suggestions for dinners & hikes ( do not miss hiking to the cemetery, waterfall and castle)! He carried our ( heavy!) bags up the 99 steps to our room- thank you MG!! The pool, although small was very refreshing and the area around it so pleasant to sit and gaze over Lake Como while drinking wine. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Villa Monti to anyone traveling to beautiful Varenna.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

I stayed with Simona for three days and found it very nice. It is very well located, right in the city, but you can still easily reach it by car and park the car there. It is very nice. The furniture, the pictures, the whole apartment is something unique. It's quite an experience to live there. I would recommend it again at any time

This is the best Airbnb we've stayed at so far! The host was particularly helpful, hospitable and responded very quickly! We received an answer to every question almost immediately. We also experienced the check-in and out as very pleasant. The apartment was perfect and had air conditioning which was very nice (outside it was 35 degrees). Easy to reach with public transportation. The Airbnb is 20 minutes by bus/car from a beautiful lake where we had a wonderful swim. The neighborhood is cozy and has several restaurants, cafes and bars, and there is also a supermarket nearby. All in all had a great weekend! Thanks!!

a more than warm and very friendly welcome, always ready to help us, beautiful villa super well maintained, the garden and the pool are impeccable. It's very relaxing, the children are super well received and the hosts are very attentive, the accommodation lacks nothing, you feel at home Perfect, we recommend ++ and we'll keep this beautiful place for next time. Maybe ❤️🙏 access to Milan by bus and train in 1 hour and perfect for nearby visits provided you have a vehicle.

We felt very comfortable! Christina welcomed us very warmly and explained everything important about the apartment. The apartment is stylishly furnished and very well equipped. Our highlight was the great big window, from which you have a wonderful view towards Città Alta. The location is a bit out of the way and the area is quiet. A few meters from the house there is a bus stop, from there a bus runs regularly to the city center. We had a great stay overall and would book the apartment again at any time!

Villa Cardona was a pleasure to visit. The Villa is modern, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Peter was a friendly and informative host.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

It was really a dream house for our honeymoon with beautiful views over the lake. Outside, 2 comfortable sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
