The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests modern and rustic environments with designer furniture and extreme attention to detail. It also lends itself as a starting point for mountain bike tours with visits to the nearby Vena del Gesso, also accompanied by the host if desired.

Work in peace or visit Faenza while staying in the center; 100 meters from the Museum of Ceramics, 200 meters from the railway station and 5 minutes from the main square. Ideal for those who wish to spend a few days visiting the city and its beauties or have to work for short periods in one of the many companies in the area. The accommodation was totally renovated in 2024. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 4 with the sofa bed.
