Atypical accommodation made with taste. Warm and welcoming, the house is ideally located and has all the necessary equipment. We had a great weekend there. I recommend it.

With your feet in the sand, this accommodation on the dune is a privilege! See the sea horizon from the kitchen, the living room, the terrace and see the ocean, the waves from the bedroom upstairs and even from the shower...!!!!!! A few steps away: breathtaking view from the top of the dune over the vastness of the ocean, in peace... It's magical... We really enjoyed the location, the view, and the personalized apartment made by the hands of its host; a host who welcomed us with very appreciable attention and kindness. Leslie's service was wonderful - attentive and very quick to respond to any questions, as well as flexible with the children's schedules, which we greatly appreciated. The house is fantastic, as shown in the photos - very clean, tidy, beautiful and very comfortable. In our experience, it is ideal for families because of its spaciousness and outdoor area that we enjoy very much. Good location in a very quiet area and easy for excursions. We would definitely repeat!!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travelers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Loved our stay at Caroline's! The house is beautiful, and the garden, a real haven of peace! The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen functional and pleasant. Super convenient to be able to leave our car right in front, so we didn't hesitate to take it easily to visit the surroundings:) A truly relaxing week in absolute calm! We'll be back for sure!

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families with young children in this beautiful house :). The welcome was very pleasant, the hosts kindly offered to adapt our arrival and departure times in the house and gave us many recommendations for the stay. The house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, warm, spacious, very comfortable, the heated pool is perfect for children (and adults!), the large garden on the edge of the pine forest was very popular. Everything was perfect, we will all be happy to come back!! Thank you for the lovely memories we will keep of our stay in the Landes.

This is the most beautiful AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, the pool was warm, the hot tub was clean and there were so many lovely touches on arrival, including a bottle of red and white wine and a little bunny rabbit for my little girl. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you can need, including a racelette machine, air fryer and a washer/tumble. The area is amazing, so close to Creon and Bordeaux, surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards- I can’t fault it! Arnaud was the perfect host, so friendly and responsive and helped us so much in the weeks leading up to our stay, contacting various golf courses and restaurants. He also facilitated our early check in at short notice - which was hugely appreciated. This place is an absolute must and we are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much Arnaud for an unforgettable holiday!

“We had a wonderful weekend in a splendid house, combining comfort, charm and tranquility. A true haven of peace, ideal to recharge your batteries.

Everything was perfect, house, cleanliness, first contact during the inventory... Unfortunately, we had to exchange for more than a week after our departure on a story of a broken plastic plancha button (already broken or largely cracked and on the verge of giving way when we arrived). I paid in doubt and to show my good faith this button that was worth €10 by making a transfer. On the other hand, my deposit check of €2,500 was kept during the entire exchange period (10 days) as if to hold us hostage on this subject. It's a shame, especially when I said that I thought it was average, I was told something else, that there were too many cars parked in the courtyard... That there must have been too many of us... no: 8 people but actually 6 cars since we arrived almost each independently. In short, for such a beautiful rental, it has become complicated for a worn and broken plastic element worth €10... it's a shame

The place is lovely. Although we didn't see them directly, communication with Camille and Luc was very easy.
