This sunny apartment was a dream come true! Lucca is an absolutely beautiful place and the apartment is convenient to everything! We felt at home on the first day and our entire week was unforgettable. Vanessa is a gem and helped make our trip a 10!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! 😊 Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass zwei Fahrräder inklusive waren – so konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden. Miriam hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der Obstkorb und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts – besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Miriam für ihre Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Natascha welcomed us as if we were her friends. She is very kind and helpful person. Her apartment is beautiful and it’s creates right away a feeling like being at home. Also, it’s located in a great, peaceful location with a tram stop close by, it takes short time to get to the center of the city. Additionally, I want to bring out how well and tastefully the host has decorated the apartment, including also well-chosen dinner- and tableware. And she has provided in that apartment all necessary needed for a good stay.

E' la seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa splendida casa. Arredamento stupendo, tranquillo ma in pieno centro. Sicuramente torneremo! Tutto perfetto. Gentilissima la signora Paola che abbiamo incontrato alla partenza.

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Vorstellung, sie war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation zwischen Veronika und uns lief super. Die Kids haben jeden Morgen am Küchenfenster mit Ausblick gefrühstückt ❤️ wir würden immer wieder kommen. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa etc. Montecatini alto ist mit einer Bahn "Funicolare" zu erreichen. Diese ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień w domu Margherity, byliśmy także gośćmi w jej domowej Restauracji, gdzie gotował dla nas jej syn, wszystko było bardzo smaczne. Miło się gawędziło z Margherita. Miasteczko jest niewielkie, ale jest tu parę restauracji, sklepik. W soboty i niedzielę otwierała się tam wielka hala (jadłodajnia, pizzeria) w której można było tanio zjeść pizze z pieca, oraz inne dania z grilla, napic się wina czy piwa. To bardzo gwarne miejsce! Jako że poruszalismy się autem, łatwo nam było dojechać do Pizzy, potem do Pontedery gdzie zwiedziliśmy Muzeum Piaggio, stąd też pojechaliśmy pociągiem do Florencji. To był bardzo udany wyjazd!

We verbleven 2 nachten in dit mooi verbouwde en met smaak ingerichte ruime appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief koffie/thee en ontbijt. Een aangename verrassing waren de’dolci’ die Federica buiten op het terrastafeltje had achtergelaten. Voor dit deel van Toscane ( voor ons Lucca,Pisa, strand) een prima uitvalsbasis. Kortom een aanrader!

Wir wurden von Marinella sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann – das war super hilfreich! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Wenn irgendetwas war, war Marinella sofort zur Stelle und hat sich liebevoll gekümmert. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Wunderbare Unterkunft an top Lage! für Leute mit Hunden ideal, man kann die Hunde vom Meer aus auf der Terrasse sehen, sehr gemütlich und privat. Toller Strand, schöne Atmosphäre. Marina ist sehr herzlich und hat alles gegeben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wau Beach extra für Hunde in der Nähe.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had that authentic Italian charm you dream about—wooden beams, warm terracotta floors, and a tiny Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops. Pure magic. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio. Yet somehow, it felt tucked away and peaceful, like a local secret. We could pop out for a morning espresso and be back before the croissants cooled down. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat like a Florentine (pro tip: skip the tourist traps near the piazzas and follow their suggestions—you won’t regret it!). They even left us a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift. Grazie mille! If you’re visiting Florence and want a place that makes you feel like you live there—not just staying there—this is it. L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

Absolutely gorgeous views overlooking the river from the bedroom suite. The location is walkable to all the main attractions of the city (Florence is relatively small!), and coming back to this BnB after long days of sightseeing was a joy. Would absolutely stay again if back in the area.

Gugu ist sehr sympathisch, war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich war zwei Monate in der Wohnung und habe mich richtig zuhause gefühlt. Der Garten und die Terasse sind ein kleines Paradies, die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und entspricht ganz den Beschreibungen. Ich kann Gugu und das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen. RF

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.
