Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Insbesondere der Außenbereich war traumhaft! Danke und gerne wieder!

Sonia's house in the mountains really is a gem and definitely worth a stay. We stayed here for 12 nights as a family with two small kids. Everyone of us especially loved the pool, the whole atmosphere of being above Montecatini Terme and being able to look into the plane. We could see fireflies every evening once the sun went down. Pretty spectacular. Sonia and Luca were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Make sure to pay a visit to their shop downtown for wine, oil etc. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, especially of course Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence but also Montecatini Terme itself where you can see the old spa tradition in the richness of its (nowadays at some points a bit run down) architecture. You definitely need a car and shouldn't be afraid of small windy roads. I enjoyed them however.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La presenza del parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto a Bologna. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto in stile moderno, accogliente e funzionale. Il letto è estremamente comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è buona: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Nicola ha risposto subito alle mie domande Se torneremo a Bologna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa sistemazione. Consigliatissima!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Una location immersa nella campagna con un grandissimo giardino, ideale per bambini. La casa aveva tutti i comfort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posiziona ottima, solo 18 km da Bologna. Tiziana molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato!

Il soggiorno da Maria Rosa e Federico è stato ottimo. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario e non manca niente. La zona è tranquilla, facile da raggiungere e ben collegata con Bologna. L'unica attenzione va posta sulla scelta di questo B&B per quanto riguarda il bagno, che è posto al piano interrato ed è raggiungibile esclusivamente attraverso una scala a chiocciola abbastanza ostile per chi ha limitazioni.

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

Lidia e suo marito sono stato degli host perfetti! È stato come essere a casa, siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci hanno anche dato diversi passaggi, visto che non eravamo automuniti. Davvero gentili e premurosi!

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

I am from California and stayed at 50 different Airbnb properties so far, mostly in the US, and most were very good, some were great, but none were like this property. this place is more than a place to stay. This was a very special and unique experience made possible by the great hospitality and generosity of the owners. I stayed for the entire Mugello MotoGP 2025 weekend and this location could not be more perfect to attend the race events every day. The views, the road to the property, the whole area and history or the area are all amazing. I got to learn a great deal about this beautiful part of the world and felt like I was an “Italian” for a few days. Highly recommended.

Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Unsere Zeit in Bologna war der Hammer! In der Küche haben wir immer unser Frühstück gemacht und draußen gegessen im Innenhof war es super ruhig, und die Nachbarn auch super freundlich! Es war eins A gelegen und super sauber! Danke🫶

Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Für Menschen, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, wandern möchten und keine Angst vor kilometerlanger einspuriger Anfahrt haben, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für Entdeckungstouren in die noch nicht überlaufene Umgebung von Florenz, wo Giotto, die Medici, die Etrusker u.v.m. ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Unterkunft klasse geschnitten, originell eingerichtet, top gelegen mit kleiner Terrasse (leider ohne Direktausgang von Wohnung) - ideal für den Genuss der phänomenalen Sonnenuntergänge hoch über den toskanischen Hügeln. Und Lorenzo ein so sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.
