Villa holiday rentals in Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns County

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

Our company hosted a meeting at a nearby resort, and I booked this space to share with colleagues so the hotel rooms could be freed up for meeting attendees. It was large, spacious, clean and provided us with a perfect location to do our jobs while having more flexibility than a hotel room would have provided. It had everything we needed to do what we needed to do. It truly was a perfect space.

We (group of 5) stayed here for 3 nights while exploring St. Augustine. The house was easy to get to from town, just 10 minutes from the major attractions, and we enjoyed having the pool in the evenings. Plenty of beds for us all and we could even login to our Netflix poolside 🙂 Great stay!

This place was perfect for our anniversary weekend! The location is perfect- you can walk to the pool or beach in minutes, but it is also a close drive to downtown St. Augustine. The beach felt like your own private beach- not crowded at all! I loved that the condo was away from the main building so it was very quiet. They had snacks and coffee available for us as well! We will definitely be back!

Located in historic Davis Shores an easy walk or Uber to downtown. This is a spacious 2 B, 2 B and super comfortable. Has everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

House is older but well mantained, was able to host our large family who was in town for our niece graduation.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

Malissa's place is modern, clean, and comfortable with a beach vibe. Sitting out on the screened-in deck is very peaceful. I also enjoyed the Ocean Gallery property. The amenities are very well maintained and I liked that the gate has a 24-hour guard that made me feel secure. It was a pleasure to just walk around the sidewalks of the property to observe the beautiful and immaculately maintained landscaping. The colonial quarter of St. Augustine is just a few minutes drive and there is so much to see and do. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

I loved this air bnb, the location was close to everything, loved riding the bikes and sitting by the pool, would 100% come back!
