We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

I loved this place for a few days away to celebrate my birthday. it was steps to the beach, clean, and i felt right at home (even *almost* falling asleep on the couch). The communication was outstanding and proactive. The place had a luxurious feel that most Airbnbs don't, and the location was outstanding. I'll be back! Thanks so much!

We just returned from a 3 night stay. The home was perfect for the 4 of us! The outside area on the canal was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Loved the close proximity to the beach access and to St Augustine area. Josh was a very proactive host. The area is very quiet, which we loved.

This home is WONDERFUL! Everything was just as pictured/described. Something very important to me is feeling safe and we absolutely did. Safe neighborhood and safe hosts. Short walk right to the beach, it says 10 minutes but even with the busy street to cross and a toddler in tow it was about 6 mins. I don’t think this part of the beach is ever crowded based on what we saw in a busy season, tons of space, not crowded like other Florida beaches. The home was super clean, had all amenities we needed. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for everything. Loved the backyard seating. About 10 mins from historic downtown. I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of that! Tons of food options downtown and near this house. We also had good luck doordashing too. We also appreciated having real, local hosts instead of a rental company. I know they would have been there if we needed anything but they truly thought of everything! We 100% will be back.

This was our second time staying at Heidi’s place and it was even better than we remembered. We felt right at home! The house is the perfect size for the two of us and our little dog. 360 degree views of the gorgeous beach can’t be beat. The home is so thoughtfully decorated and the floor plan is super spacious for this small beach home. We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much!

Our family had another fantastic trip to Vilano Beach and stay in BJ & Angelee’s gorgeous home. The house had plenty of space for us to eat, sleep and lounge; comfortable beds & linens; a spacious kitchen & pantry. Laundry and beach toys/chairs/boards on site were a must for our beach days, and the outdoor deck and backyard were the perfect space to unwind. It was so appreciated to have quick and easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and Publix. A bit of a bummer that the nearby park was under construction this year, but we look forward to seeing the updates when we’re back again! Overall, we had another fantastic trip!

I loved our stay at PJ's house on the beach. We had 8 people stay for 4 days during my wedding. I had been to view the property before, but during our stay, it was even better than I remember. The downstairs bathroom was literally just retiled and is beautiful. The views from the room were great! We had the most amazing time and I am so thankful I chose this place to get married. You will not regret staying here!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and beautifully decorated with so many cute and thoughtful details—it really felt special. The pool was a huge hit with everyone and made our stay even more fun and relaxing. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept spot to enjoy time away!

The house was extremely clean and we really did feel at home right away. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! We opted to heat the hot tub and enjoyed it very much. She was also responsive with our requests for temperature changes. The neighborhood is so nice that since we had to come back the next week for treatments at Mayo, we chose another house in the same area (this one was booked). It’s really close to shops and easy to get to Mayo. We also enjoyed the beach and the game room in the house. I would absolutely stay here again!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Communication was great throughout, location was amazing, and sunrises from the living room/porch/master bedroom were beautiful. Stocked with games and toys for the kids. We spent our mornings on the beach and when the tide came up we went to the pool. We were originally worried about the rocks on the beach but it turned out to be perfect - our kids loved finding crabs and snails in the rocks.

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

This house was perfect for our week stay. It was beautifully decorated and has to be one of the most stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! It felt like home. The pool was great and had plenty of comfortable seating in the backyard. My kids loved the playroom! Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again in the future!

Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here as I had a pre-op appointment at the Mayo Clinic and surgery scheduled for the next morning. This property was within a 15 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Daniel was a great host very prompt with communications and answering questions. The house / apartment / condo is absolutely adorable. Clutter free and cute decor throughout. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient so I didn't have to do laundry once I got home. I was extremely nervous about my surgery as I have never had any kind of surgery before and needed / wanted a place to relax after the pre-op appointment and this place delivered just that. The deck to the beach was a very short walk which was wonderful for us. There is a shower as you are coming/going to the beach on the private property where we stayed at Daniel's place and we utilized it to clean our fishing poles, chairs, shoes, feet, skin so we would not track sand into the house. I highly recommend this property and Daniel!

The place is truly outstanding — newly renovate. The air conditioning works very well, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Clearly, they have put a lot of care and attention into the details, making the space welcoming and stylish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Minutes from the beach which was exactly what I wanted and needed. Cindy was awesome from the time of booking. The house is comfy and cozy which made it feel like I was at my vacation home. She t thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to what maybe needed. The keypad died and she even had the spare located on the property. Truly a stress free experience and I look forward to booking again soon.

The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable . I slept better than I have in a while at an Airbnb! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
