Great place, great reception!

That was great! We were in 3 people plus a small dog. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable and clean, the air conditioned were working perfectly, and the bathroom well-structured, good electric shower as well. In the kitchen, there was a refrigerator, different from the photo that contains minibar, electric oven too, but we do not use, various kitchen utensils and dishes as well. I highly recommend it!

We were in 4 people (2 adults and 2 children aged 10 years and 2 years) From the beginning there were many,quick to answer by answering questions !Easy access ,beach about 3 blocks ,I found it close !About Kitnet very clean ,organized ,airy and with everything we need ! Ale and Iliane met very well. Starting with early check-in, without me asking; I informed you that I was already in town, and Iliane, very solicitous, allowed the ticket before the time. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo, with all the items necessary for the stay; the view is very good, really facing the sea. The building is very new. The street on the outline of the building is deserted, allowing you to park any car outside without concern. The beach is very quiet, and extremely clean; it has shower and trash at the exit. It also has a beach access in front of the building, with an elevated pedestrian lane. The parking space is excellent, wide and covered, with electronic gate access, next to the entrance hall, making it easy to pick up the bags/shopping. I'll definitely come back another time.

The Andressa apartment is very well located. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent with a pool, game room, cabin, sports court and two parking spaces.
