The house is exactly as in the photos, very well ventilated, large, with all the necessary household utensils available, the pool is very well maintained and the rooms are very good. The region is also great, it has everything nearby (pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, markets). We will definitely return as soon as possible :D

My stay at Diandra's property was exceptional. The place is very good, the space is wonderful. The apartment is amazing, everything is new and extremely clean and fragrant. I'd live there easily. It is very comfortable, the indoor parking is great. Easy access to the highway, in 10 minutes you are in the center. Everything is close and accessible. I certainly recommend it to other travelers and, as I said, I would live there easily. If God wills, I will return soon as the business I sowed in the region begins to flourish.

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the work and meeting room. I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Great property, exactly as described. We will be at the attention of the impeccable Nice host, responding quickly to all questioning and request for support. The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
