I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

We had an amazing experience in Geison's apartment! The space is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, well decorated, cozy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has great pressure and temperature, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is great: close to everything, with markets, restaurants and sights accessible on foot or in a few minutes by car. Mobility in the region was super easy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. No doubt it was a great stay and we intend to return soon!

Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

The flat is very beautiful and really all new, the differential is that it has the option of breakfast paid on the outside, which was well worth the very good food and the very friendly staff. The flat site is by the sea that is very good for hiking and near the Meg mall which has several options of restaurants. We hope to come back more often.

We love staying in the penthouse, it's really as it is in the photos. Carolina is an excellent host, always helpful and a good communicator. I highly recommend her.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
