The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. We spent a little over a month in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. We were 5 people and we were very comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, well located, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. During our stay, whites were changed once a week, we had access to the parking lot without a problem and the front desk staff was always friendly. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which is very much appreciated. Deborah was an excellent host, always attentive and attentive to make sure everything was fine.
