Our hosts welcomed us very well, the place is deliciously quiet and very well furnished. We enjoyed the intimate side of the home, the private garden and especially the alcove beds. The heated pool only added to our enjoyment of staying in this beautiful place. The region is beautiful and rich in outdoor activities.

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

A real little piece of heaven! Estelle is adorable, we had a good time with her, she is attentive and always available if you need anything. The accommodation is great, the kitchen is small but more than enough to prepare good meals. The exteriors are very pleasant, the pool is beautiful, there is a table under a pergola to be able to eat in the shade. We spent 4 wonderful days, we enjoyed every moment spent at Estelle's. We hope to be able to return to this little gem one day

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. Nelson, an adorable golden retriever. The pool is really a plus. Very quiet and very cozy place. The sharing platter they offer is a treat, as well as the homemade olive oil. We recommend this address. We'll be back.

A wonderful place to recharge your batteries! The house is quiet, with a beautiful pool ideal for relaxing – perfect for a break. The hosts are warm, and even their friendly dog sometimes comes to say hello... before leaving discreetly. 😊 As soon as we arrived, we felt like we were on vacation. We had a very good stay. Laurent and Katy are good hosts and very friendly. It is a very nice house with a lot of privacy and it is in a quiet place. We were also very happy with the beautiful terrace and the swimming pool. Very much enjoyed. There is much to see in the area: the Pont d'Arc, the Gorges d'Ardeche, the Chauvet cave and beautiful towns and villages such as Balazuc. In short: highly recommended!

The views were just mesmerising, the house was so extremely cute and clean and we even had two little neighbours…. two very cute little sheep’s! Very good stay, very convenient accommodation, fabulous view from the room, lots of things to see especially around the lake, beautiful region with breathtaking landscapes, the owner and his brother very communicative and friendly. A beautiful courtyard to enjoy a good barbecue provided as well as a beautiful terrace. For access with Waze, Mielerie de Palheres, you arrive at the foot of the accommodation.

Our short stay in Cévenol went perfectly well from our arrival to our departure. Many outdoor and sports activities are close to the cottage. The fact that there is no TV allowed our two teenagers to disconnect and we were able to enjoy family board games evenings (games available in the gite). The cottage is very well-equipped, cozy...it feels like home! Thanks to Mathilde for hosting us.

This place is beautiful and is set in a splendid setting. It's total calm. There are very nice hikes to do in the area. We came at a time when it wasn't very hot with a lot of rain. The heating system is a small slow-burning wood burning stove that we had to provide with wood throughout our stay in order to warm up the space and chase humidity. But this stay was a unique experience.

We were looking for a feeling of "alone in the world" lost in a generous nature, and bingo! All while having the comfort of a well-equipped and warm home. François is very attentive and responsive, very pleasant too. The view is memorable, the surrounding hikes wonderful. We loved the songs of the birds and the river below. We recommend it 100%!

What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

We had a great stay at Myriam and Yves's. Everything was perfect. Already the welcome: they are both adorable, very caring. The house they renovated themselves is exceptional. Both very isolated, in a remarkable setting, and very functional. There was really nothing missing. We were able to go hiking from the cottage. We highly recommend this cottage. A big thank you to Myriam and Yves for all the attention and also for the strawberry jam.

MAGICAL! A magnificent place both inside and out, full of a special energy. We had a wonderful weekend in this house, which has been restored with taste and passion. Hosts are unparalleled in generosity and kindness. And what about the environment? A lush, varied, omnipresent nature, as far as the eye can see. Hikes from or a few steps from the cottage are a delight for hikers who love nature. Especially since bathing areas are easily accessible. The energy of the place is so invigorating that we recharged our batteries in just two days. We were literally won over by this place, to which we will return and which we highly recommend. PS: Véronique's picnics are to die for!

this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france
