The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

It was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach feels like it is fingertips away. The hosts assistant was also super helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

A very nice private and peaceful stay. The caretaker was very helpful and the food he made was so goood. If you are planning to stay don't go anywhere to eat. The best breakfast and dinner of our trip was in this stay only. Just one thing is the pool is not that well maintained and caused some little bruises. They said they will be taking care of it so well n good.

We stayed at Casinha Ribandar during first week of May. We were a family group of 13 people including my parents and we had an amazing stay at Capt Leo's property located in very peaceful surroundings. It was exactly matching with the photos and description given, very spacious with a nice living and dining area for a family gathering. The wooden flooring added to the ambience. The place was very clean with enough extra mattress, towels and linen provided. The place was cleaned daily by house keeping. We also took the service from Babiene for our food and she catered well to our vegetarian needs. The only drawback is you would not find shops or restaurants very close by. But swiggy and zomato is easily available. In about 1 KM distance, there are small tea shop places from where we even got our breakfast delivery arranged. Also, there is space to park only one car. Overall a great stay enjoyed by our full group. I would highly recommend this place for group travels

Avy's studio was a beautiful stay in our south Goa trip. Our room was neat and had all the amenities necessary for a stay. Host Alvita was very friendly and helping. She prepared breakfast for us which we see as a gesture of love. I'm so glad that I chose this place for this stay and met with such a beautiful soul. Will comeback later if we visit South Goa again.

We stayed at Swamighar for a week and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is very beautiful with all necessary amenities. It comes with a huge living area,2 bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine and sufficient drying space.The house is surrounded by an arecanut plantation, the mornings are a bliss here, you will experience such peace and tranquility. A huge shoutout to Mausi who makes amazing food, do not miss out on trying her seafood thaali and aloo parathas, it left us craving for more. The host Aditya was a superb host, he was always reachable to answer any queries we had, he also gave us some good recommendations for exploring Goa. His communication was crystal clear.I would recommend Swamighar if you are looking to have a calm and peaceful stay in. The area is quite remote, so you would so you would need your own transport but it is safe, we travelled many times very late in the night and did not face any issue. Definitely will return.

One of the best Airbnb, I have stayed until now. Rajan Sir is friendly and co-operative. I would definitely like to visit again. I'm highly recommending others to stay here. Also, the care taker Kavitha is friendly and good cook. We had breakfast which was also good. 5/5 Star😊✨
