Holiday rentals with beach access in Ponce Inlet

We had a great time! The condo was recently redone. Everything pretty much new and clean. Douglas was very responsive when contacted. He even sent us a message about it being sand gnat season ! The bed was so comfy. Even the Murphy bed was comfy. It’s a quieter part of the beach. Which was nice. The pool and hot tub were open, not like a lot of other condos which were closed. The access to the beach was easy. The new access off of the pool area is finished. Just needs approved to open. Needless to say we had a Great time. And Douglas was a great host!!! It is definitely a Happy Place ! ❤️❤️

Wonderful place! Right on the beach you can enjoy such beautiful sunrises over the ocean and easy access to the water. Will definitely stay again!

The Unit and Peck Plaza Building are very nice with great views and a great 2 story oceanfront sundeck. I loved the earlier than normal check in of 2:00 and the laundry machines in the Unit. Views of the coastline are fantastic. I would love to stay again!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful townhome, we were genuinely impressed. The photos were lovely, but they didn't fully capture just how exceptional the space truly is. The home was spotless, stylish, and still managed to feel incredibly cozy and inviting. The location is absolutely perfect, and the attention to detail throughout the house was remarkable. One thoughtful touch we especially appreciated was the labeled kitchen cabinets—such a simple idea, but incredibly helpful. Every part of the home felt modern and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay effortless. Truly, all we needed to bring were our clothes—everything else was provided. Our kids were so happy they didn’t want to leave, and honestly, neither did we. We’re already planning our return and even joked that if the home ever went up for sale, we’d be first in line to buy it!

Everything was as mentioned and much better than a hotel room. The coffee amenities way more than expected. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, great bathroom. Everything was perfect!

Oh my gosh, I loved this place! It's a 4-minute, 1.5 block to the beach which is AMAZING! And about a 15-20 minute walk to the local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and like someone else mentioned, the shower curtain inside the tub was a bit tight but nothing to complain about. I didn't do much cooking besides eggs in the morning, but it seemed all the things I would need were there. It was quiet, private, and so peaceful. The garden was SO nice! I just sat out on the deck and enjoyed the view. It was shady, the only sun that hit it was in the morning. You do share the upper deck with another renter at the other end but you're far apart, with the shared stairs separating you. I found this place to have everything I needed or could have wanted. I did see another review saying they wished the had access to the A/C control, which didn't prove to be a problem for me. They have a big fan in the unit that you can turn on and it cools everything down if needed! 100% would return!

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

Great stay at this location on the beach! Such a great find on such short notice. Super responsive hosts and great size for our family of six!

This was the perfect spot to have a quiet getaway with many local restaurants, stores, and activities within driving distance! We will definitely consider staying here again. The master bathroom shower was HUGE and beautiful, and the living room space allows many to watch a movie together comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location just steps from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were super comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our big group. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Beautiful and clean home, accurate description and great location. Perfect for those traveling with dogs. Lots of things to do and Ormand Beach is absolutely beautiful and super close to Daytona Beach. Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time we travel down there with our dogs.

Carlos was an awesome host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and didn't make me feel awkward for asking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, respect the neighbors they respect you. GREAT place to sit back, relax and fish. While there we caught 1 small snook, 2 reds a crab on a fishinf line lol and some catfish. Once my husband and I got there we only left twice cause we forgot things at home. We were really sad to have to leave and if there ever comes a time we would love to stay again❣️

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Easy to see why Florence is a “superhost”. Her responsiveness is incredible! She responded in minutes of my questions. Not hours, or next day, but minutes. Wish every host was like Florence! The property was as described. Great location. I would recommend and will definitely book again when staying in the area. Thank you Florence!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. The unit was nice and the side view of the ocean was good with facing the restaurant next door and road was a bit noisy but overall it was a good experience, the unit was clean and cozy. The customer service was good and very communicative. We hope to return soon.
