The location is super walkable to Publix, CVS, Dunkin Donuts as well as to all of the action in downtown Lauderdale by the Sea and restaurants. And the entrance to the beach is equally as convenient and walkable. Highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful week at this amazing little studio, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with the added bonus of a beautiful pool. It was the ideal spot to completely unplug and relax. The studio had all the creature comforts we could ask for, right down to the fancy new electric mocha pot (a fun touch!). The bed was super comfy, the water was hot with great shower pressure, and having beach chairs available made our beach days effortless. Everything we needed was right there, making it such an easy and peaceful getaway. Thank you, Anna and Eric, for sharing this beautiful space with us. We truly had a great time and would love to return!

Larry was by far the best air bnb host we’ve ever had. The place was exactly as described and he provided so many amenities and even brought us more before we even ran out! He was super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The place was in great shape. It had just enough space for everything, within walking distance to the beach and a short free circuit ride to the pier for a little more action. We had tons of towels and actually comfortable beds. There are beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, boogie boards and more for guests to use. We will definitely be back to Larry’s place!

Great studio apartment in a very well maintained building and grounds. It is in a very convenient and stress free location. Near the beautiful beach, fun little town, and close to anything would need or want. I am a very satisfied repeat customer and solo traveler. I highly recommend.

We stayed for two weeks at Angela’s place and were delighted with the accommodation, which was exactly as promised. Everything we needed was there when we arrived. What made it extra good for us was the location, which is not only close to shops and restaurants but also has a lovely Arboretum right next door, which proved to be a great place for a relaxing stroll. The Deer Creek neighbourhood is also lovely and the local golf club, which is only a 5-10 minute walk away, welcomes non-members and was really excellent for lunches and dinners or even a snack or a drink at the bar, with amazing views over the golf course.

Our employee had a great stay at Dan's place. Very clean and quiet. Felt like home away from home. Dan was a great host! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time on our trip to Fort lauderdale! Eric’s rental unit is just a few minutes walk away from the beach with all the necessities. Eric was very responsive whenever we had any questions and was a great host. The Unit is close to a grocery store and a strip with lots of shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing stay!

It was a beautiful place! It was spotless, and I loved the little extras (games, snacks, toiletries) provided. We didn’t go for Miami, but we did go some and it was a little drive (40-60 mins depending on traffic) so keep that in mind if you’re mainly going for Miami. Otherwise, there are endless restaurants and beaches/parks you can go to nearby. I would definitely recommend!

Having experienced numerous Airbnb accommodations, I can confidently say that this one ranks at the very top. We chose this house to celebrate our marriage, and the decision proved to be perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts offered straightforward instructions for accessing the home and parking garage, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Throughout our visit, we had no reason to raise any complaints, which speaks volumes about the quality of our stay. When we encountered a minor mechanical issue, Mike and Leah responded promptly, explaining that it would be addressed after our departure, which we appreciated. Overall, both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we are grateful to Mike and Leah for providing such a memorable experience in sunny South Florida. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. This place was great. Steps from the beach. Quiet. Not busy. The apartment was clean. It was so convenient - pots, pans, linens, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc. Ileana was very responsive and helpful. We plan on coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place. The unit was extremely clean, bright, and roomy with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare breakfast each morning. The unit is perfectly located —tucked away in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I genuinely looked forward to bedtime each night. Martha was a gracious host, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Whether you’re traveling for business or taking a vacation this is a great place to stay. Check in was easy with great instructions, and a very nice condo. The grounds were well kept with a beautiful pool area. Nice close parking and the area is very safe. It’s an easy block and a half walk to the beach and a great restaurant with a tiki bar. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. I loved my stay at Monte Carlo the views were great, everything was clean and they had everything i needed for the washer and dryer, to do the dishes, to wash my hair and body, etc. My stay was amazing 10/10 place.

We lived in Boca and come back to visit regularly. The location and property are excellent, kid friendly and exactly as described. The host is responsive, helpful and friendly. From now on, this will be our home away from home.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

Great stay. Room is spacious and clean. The property has everything on it: restaurants, pools, a club, ice cream parlor, spa and is steps away from the beach! Owner was super kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
