House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!

Carlos was very helpful from the first contact. I went with my baby and he left a crib arranged next to the bed, even without me asking. Showers, bathroom, faucets, internet, everything working perfectly. Very good bed and bath linen available. The house is beautiful, large, super clean and organized. We went as two families with children and felt at home. The neighborhood is classy and very close to the center and everything we did in the city. As the house is located at the top, it is advisable to have a car available. I loved the stay and when I return to Pomerode I will stay in the same place! Indico with eyes closed!!! Thank you Carlos! Very large, very comfortable and spacious house. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms too, and the grounds of the house are very beautiful, surrounded by nature and high up with ventilation and a very beautiful view

Our stay at home was excellent! Comfortable house, our family of 15 people (including children) fit easily. We requested extra mattresses and were promptly attended to. It's a shame that most of the days it rained and it was sunny only on the last day, which made us request a late checkout so that the children could enjoy the pool and we were promptly authorized. We'll be back in the next few opportunities.

The apartment is very good, better than in the photos, very beautiful, smelling, all new and very clean. We only found Neide on the way out, but she left the impeccable apartment to welcome us, smells and still left pampering and toiletries to use. In addition, it gave good recommendations for restaurants and nearby locations. The apartment was also close to the German Village, perfect for going and back on foot.
