Wonderful place in the most German city in Brazil, 6 minutes from the center of Pomerode by car, and 20 minutes from Blumenau. The entire property is 8,000 square meters and has a pond for fishing, a lawn, playground and is very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms in the house have air-conditioning.
