Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Polychrono

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like we were with friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

The rooms of Nick are well equiped and comfortable. The balkony is great for having a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Nick was a perfect host. We would come again.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Very nice place and kind owners

The place is great deal for the price! Clean, private, and very peaceful. The bed was pristine and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. It was perfect weather to leave just the screen door on and listen to the waves from inside and the room also came with an AC. The shower situation was not ideal - it was just a hose to spray with and flooded the floor a bit every time but it all ended up going down the floor drain and not being too big a deal. If you are willing to overlook a bare bones bathroom and no kitchen then it is a perfect little getaway. The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. It is a smalling but charming town - come for a few peaceful quiet days!

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

We stayed at Gianni's place for a week and felt like at home. The apartment is well equipped for a week-long relaxing holiday. The beach is a 2-minute walk. Giannis is a very good host and we would definitely come back!

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

we really enjoyed the personal touch of the apartment. you feel like being at home immediately. the flat offers all necessities and everything is super clean. be aware that the house is not right on the seafront, as we wrongfully expected. but it‘s still only a 2 minute walk across the street to the nearest beach. overall a nice location. highly recommend.

A great place and very hospitable and nice hosts. it was our pleasure to be their guests! we definitely recommend it!

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

apartment in a strategic location to visit ammouliani and savor its authenticity away from the chaos of tourism. in an elevated position with respect to the famous beach of alikes reachable even on foot. we have two small children so we always used the car. the accommodation is equipped with everything you need for cooking. fantastic outdoor space on the veranda that we took advantage of a lot even during storms because it is covered. very quick quick with Kiveli and his parents who made us feel like family by offering us food and contact with the local culture. strategic location to be able to visit the beaches of the island all very close. if you really have to point out the only flaw the shower not being equipped with an independent drain is a bit uncomfortable because every time you use it you get the whole floor wet. there is however everything you need (mats, mocho) to keep dry and clean. comfortable beds. well organized.

We had a wonderful time and felt completely comfortable! The apartment was an absolute dream – very clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the two wonderful balconies and the cozy bed, in which we slept wonderfully. The location was fantastic – quiet and yet well connected. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, you felt welcome right away. We will be happy to come back!
