Holiday rentals with beach access in Polychrono

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

This apartment is really recommended! It was clean, cozy and fully furnished, and felt like home very quickly. The large balcony seems to hang above the water and offers a magnificent view! The area is wonderfully quiet and in five minutes you can walk to the center of Nea Skioni, which has good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Host Kostas always responded quickly and gave all kinds of tips. Hospitality and Enjoyment with a capital G!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was clean and well equipped for self-catering. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even when we asked silly questions! The view from the balcony was utterly incredible and spending time on there made our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful few days

The stay was amazing! The apartment was modern and clean, the bed was nice. Anything you need was present. And the location is really fantastic! You have beautiful views over the sea and it was wonderfully quiet. If you want to relax, this apartment is highly recommended.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Although it was off-season accommodation, it was possible to find restaurants open in the surrounding village and vicinity. Evangelia provided great recommendations. Great sea view and coffee🙈 You will only stay in a very windy part of Halkidiki, it is useful to be prepared.

We stayed for 10 days(2 adults and 1 child) and it was amazing. Everything was just as described in the pictures and you basically have everything you need. The house is 2 mins away from the beach, very cozy,clean and quiet! Katerina is friendly and very responsive.

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

My family and I stayed for 3 and a half weeks, and enjoyed it very much. From start to finish, we had the support of the hosts. They allowed us an early check-in since we arrived earlier than planned. They responded to every message and made an effort to make us feel at home. The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, with 2 air conditioners, a new refrigerator, a new washing machine, etc. The view from the terrace is unreal! We would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

We stayed at the beautiful place off-season and had a really nice, peaceful and relaxing stay! Right on the beach, small cute pool and nice restaurants directly on foot.

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
