We had a beautiful stay this weekend at Gills lodge, it is in a peaceful location and has lovely attention to detail inside with everything you could need and more! Bude is a short drive away, with lovely bars & restaurants, along with nice coastal walks! Highly recommend <3

Spa Lodge was a welcome retreat from city life. set in a verdant garden only a short walk from fantastic beaches. we loved every minute of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Porthilly Lodge! The setting was absolutely beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed help with the hot tub, going out of their way to assist us quickly and kindly. The nearby little beach was lovely for an evening stroll, and for those looking for a longer outing, the walk to the ferry and a day in Padstow is well worth it. We’d happily recommend staying here, and we’ve already talked about coming back!

A LOVELY place to stay, especially if you're looking for peace and relaxation. It was extremely private - some reviews said it wasn't as private as advertised, but this is absolutely not the case. There is another building on the property, but it isn't in use when the Airbnb is being rented. The entire outdoor space (including bar and hot tub) are solely yours to use. It was amazing. Also fantastic for our dogs. While it rained a lot, we still used the hot tub and let the dogs roam whenever possible. The space is also really nice. It's small, but we had no trouble making it work for two adults and two dogs. It really had everything we needed for our four days. The host is also fantastic. Samantha provided all the information we needed beforehand, but was also responsive when we had questions about the location (despite it being quite late when we arrived). As other reviews said, there is a farm nearby and the roosters do what they do...but I found the sounds comforting. We recommend!

Beautiful place to unwind! Sadly wasn’t as sunny as we hoped, but the lodge was perfectly cozy. Stunning views and the lodge has everything you could need.

The place of stay was quaint and relaxing. There are lots of things to do in the day and night, given you have a car to get to and from. There are no complaints, they even have an option of buying a fire starting kit, so you don’t have to worry about if you want to have a barbecue. The hosts were very friendly and were happy to help with anything needed. It was a fantastic couple of days.

Wow what an amazing find! This place is fabulous. Very clean, absolutely loads of essentials. They have thought of everything. Would highly recommend this place to stay. The outside space is perfect, hot tub was great and the other side of the cabin has a beautiful bbq area. The Sauna was great and nice addition. We loved the golf. Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. We had an amazing bank holiday weekend at Kate’s cozy cabin. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — super calm and a great base for our coastal walks and exploring the nearby charming towns. Even when the weather turned, we loved snuggling up by the fireplace with a cup of tea. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches — including some delicious food left for us — made our stay even more special. Kate was a fantastic host: super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Cornish countryside. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Lillie's Lookout is a beautiful cabin set at the side of a beautiful house near St Just. The setting is idyllic and ideal, we saw cows in the morning and the distant sun setting in the sea in the evenings. We arrived really late on a windy, misty night and finding the little gate was a little tricky at first, but that's on us as we were late and forgot to bring a torch. The owners were also away otherwise I'm sure they would have left a light on. The inside of the cabin is absolutely lovely, it has a nautical feel that made us feel like a little ship in the wind. It was both peaceful and comfortable. We absolutely loved it! We also found flowers, scones with clotted cream and jam, and a bottle of prosecco to greet us, which was a lovely touch much appreciated. The outise table and lounger looked very nice too, unfortunately the weather was not great so we didn't make use of them. We were sad to leave and can't wait to visit again.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Garden Room! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made our visit extra special. Louise was kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay again!

Cheryl, was very friendly and helpful and responded really quickly to any questions we had. She recommended a few dog friendly beaches to take the dog, as at this time of the year quite a few beaches ban dogs in Cornwall, so it’s worth knowing where to gol. The accommodation was a perfect base in which to explore Cornwall. Although, we thought it slightly smaller than the photos suggested! However, it was cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. The welcome treats for us and the dog on arrival, were also very much appreciated. The location of the accommodation is beautiful and very quiet, but you will definitely need a car and a SatNav, as the local shop and 2 pubs are quite a distance away. All in all, a lovely week spent here, thank you again Cheryl.

lovley stay everything as described, absolutly charming place. You can even see heytor from the garden, stunning. Loads to do in area too. Our microwave stopped working and they came and replaced with a new one in less than 5 minuites. Only shame was the weather was so nice we didnt get a chance to use the wood burner. Faultless

This is a lovely light & spacious cabin with great coastal views in a quiet location. It was a great base to explore this part of the north Devon coast and we'd happily stay here again

We had a lovely stay at Kathryn’s place. The cabin is very peaceful set amongst the trees on the farm and has a small private garden which was helpful for the dog. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had theatre tickets one night and Kathryn kindly offered to check on our dog for us. She really went above and beyond!

Shirley (and Roland) were very friendly and helpful. The place you stay is a separate little house. It is well arranged and very functional. Parking is easy and very close to the door. You don't need the TV, the ducks and chickens will provide entertainment. You get great views of the English countryside but the roads are very narrow.

Beautiful location overlooking the coast from the lodge. We had plenty of privacy even though the host stayed next door. The lodge has everything you need, kitchen to cook our meals and a washing machine too. It felt cozy and warm although the temp outside is below 10C. Host is very friendly and nice, they allow us to check in early and left us fresh flowers and a home baked cake ( simply delicious). One of the afternoon, when we got back early, the host even brought over a parasol for us to use so that we can sit out on the deck to enjoy the scenery. Love to come back one day and highly recommend this place. Wish we meet more hosts like them.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place. The natural beauty surrounding the place was simply breathtaking. It was incredibly peaceful and private. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds gently chirping was pure bliss. A special shout out to our host, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed - their hospitality made the experience even more memorable.

A lovely, cosy hut tucked away in the woods - peaceful, well-equipped and perfect for switching off. Great hosts and a truly relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely blown away to be honest. The owl houses are stunning. From the overall feel to the small details they have nailed it. The most peaceful escape. The cabin was even better than the photos look, which is saying something! So relaxing and quiet, surrounded by nature and wildlife. All the little things had been thought of and we felt right at home. Although we didn’t need to reach out to Laura, she was so welcoming and friendly via messages, we would have felt totally comfortable to if needed. Waking up to the sound of birdsong and the nearby stream was our highlight! Thank you :)
