Situated along the beautiful camel estuary a downstairs apartment in the lower level of our home with its own access. Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Another door leads into a kitchenette, fitted with a fridge, sink area, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.

Cosy studio apartment with parking right in the centre of Wadebridge, situated on the banks of the River Camel and linked to the seaside port of Padstow by the Camel trail. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Landzend is a pretty annexe to the house,It has a lovely old slate floor and woodburner in the large bedroom. there is a private wetroom off the bedroom. and a kitchen with French doors that open up on to the garden.The Kichen has a hob , microwave fridge and underfloor heating.Outside is a pretty little garden with a vine,fig tree and Appletree .In Springtime it is covered in bluebells and appleblossom.
