A great little oasis almost right in the middle of Poznań :) The flat was exactly as described, easy to find and access (it's on the 4th floor with stairs only, but it's worth it, I promise), from the initial booking, the contact with Nico was easy; he's very friendly and communicative. All the amenities listed were there, including extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, extra water bottles to start you off, and some kitchen supplies, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The flat is surprisingly quiet and perfect for work or relaxation after a long day or a spot of yoga :) You can hear the birds singing every day. The view is also really nice, if you're lucky enough to observe a thunderstorm it's a great show :D I felt really good in Nico's flat, the plants and furnishings and personal touch from custom renovations made it feel like home throughout the whole stay. The coffee shop, supermarket and pastry shop downstairs are an additional plus! Book it, you won't regret it :) Thanks Nico!

Appartement très bien situé, nombreux commerces à proximité, métro et train venant de l'aéroport à côté de l'appartement. Le centre ville de Varsovie est accessible à pied, 15 minutes de marche via le pont piétonnier, excellente promenade. L'échange a été de très bonne qualité, rapide et efficace. Très bon séjour. Merci pour tout.

We knew the area already. It is a nice part of Warsaw, and close to a tram “station” with multiple lines coming together to go anywhere in the city from there. The place was very nice and clean. Host is very responsive and proactive. Apartment has everything you need, from internet, to tv and kitchen. We had a great time!If you come upon this place, do not hesitate to book it!

Mieszkanie świetnie urządzone, przestronne. Na miejscu były wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Super lokalizacja. Polecam serdecznie!

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, restauracje, stacja, apteka, piekarnia, nawet żabka praktycznie pod samym nosem 😃 . Mieszkanie fajne, zadbane, duże, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Parking pod samym blokiem, bezpłatny. Wszystko na duży plus. Przy dłuższym zameldowaniu cena za noc się zmniejsza, co też jest miłym zaskoczeniem. Polecam.

Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour à Varsovie ! Le logement était très propre et bien situé, proche d’un arrêt de tram. Il y a aussi une place de parking sous-terrain, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages. Petit bémol pour les stores qui cachent peu le jour quand le soleil se lève le matin, nous qui ne sommes pas habituées. Au plaisir de revenir

The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear which made the whole process effortless. The place was exactly as described clean comfortable and well equipped. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Wir haben uns trotz sehr schlechten Herbstwetters sehr wohlgefühlt, da das Haus und seine Einrichtung sehr persönlich und gemütlich ist. Die Küche ist eine klassische Ferienhausküche nicht mehr modern, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich und sehr freundlich.

dom bardzo klimatyczny, łazienki czyste, w kuchni dobre zaopatrzenie, ogród jest najlepszym atutem tego miejsca, ogromna przestrzeń do wykorzystania, super miejsce dla większej ekipy aby nie czuć ścisku, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci NA PEWNO WRÓCIMY!

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

Bardzo fajny przestronny dom. Super lokalizacja, blisko lasu i jednocześnie niedaleko od centrum. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Wspaniale spędzona majówka! Gospodarze przemili i pomocni. Wszystko zostało zapewnione, a nawet i więcej. W razie jakichkolwiek wątpliwości czy niejasności, od razu była szybka odpowiedź i reakcja z ich strony. Sam pokój bardzo nowocześnie urządzony, przytulny i w świetnej lokalizacji. W pokoju spokojnie mieszczą się 4 osoby bez jakichkolwiek problemów. Z zameldowaniem nie było problemów, a gospodarze dali jasne instrukcje. W pokoju było mnóstwo filmów, gier, książek, a nawet parawan, koc i leżaki, które na plaży były zbawieniem! Każdemu polecam to miejsce jeśli chce wypocząć w spokoju i blisko pięknej plaży!

hi, Place was perfect, fantastic facilities (kitchen was great). Balcony was was really nice, it was just next to train station. This part of town is slightly farther from the restaurants and playground. It can me only a issue if you are traveling with small kids who complain (like my 5 year old daughter). However it wouldn't be any problem for adults. Place is perfect for working from home. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. You need to plan your dinners as there isn't any nice restaurants around.

Mieszkanie zrobiło bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Technologia smart zapewniona w mieszkaniu pozytywnie urozmaiciła pobyt, fajna sprawa dla fanów nowoczesnych rozwiązań. Duża wanna wraz z hydromasażem pomogła się zrelaksować. Według mnie jedynym minusem był dyfuzor z dość intensywnym zapachem. Poza tym polecam.

Lauras place was excellent. So many wonderful touches, snacks and drinks in the fridge, coffee machine and dressing gowns! Place was so spacious, everything you need is there. Couldn’t ask for anything more! So easy to find with the check in instructions and hosts messaged to make sure we were there ok. Great stay, would book again!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten von Warschau. Die Altstadt ist innert 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Wochenmarkt mit allen Lebensmitteln, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Der check-in lief reibungslos und es gab eine Menge Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und in einem einheitlichen Mint bzw. Türkiston gehalten. Die großen Fenster bieten einen Blick auf die umliegenden Wolkenkratzer der Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a very central Warsaw apartment. Very easy public transport access and lots of shops and cafes right on your doorstep. Two rooms make it ideal for a couple who appreciate a bit of privacy. It’s surprisingly quiet given it’s on a major road because it faces a large green courtyard. The communal access is not the most luxurious as is the case in most Warsaw apartment buildings but once inside it’s stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It was very easy to communicate with the host so we felt very relaxed. Would definitely consider staying here again. Ps. Loved the ceiling fans during a few hot days/nights. And great ice cream parlour downstairs too!

It’s been rlly nice to stay at Izabela’s place! The apartment is super cozy and nice, very close to the nature and parks too, easy to get on a train/tram to either way, would definitely recommend :))

Despite being winter, the warm atmosphere made the place feel cozy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tomasz’s parents, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated with vintage pieces from the 1970s, and full of entertainment options. It was the perfect place to both unwind and have fun, whether we were relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna or exploring the themed room and playroom. It was a truly wonderful stay!
