The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Dursztyn Settlement

Osada Dursztyn is 5 cottages, decorated in a highlander style, built in a beautiful place where three National Parks meet: Tatra, Pieniny and Gorce. The cottages are located at an altitude of 740 m above sea level, which provides an unforgettable view. While drinking your morning coffee, you will see the Tatra Mountains, Babia Góra, Three Crowns and Gorce. Families with children will be delighted by the old castles rising above the nearby lake, boat trips and the proximity of the thermal baths. A great spot for cyclists! The hot tub and sauna are available at an extra charge.

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

Our vacation apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - on one side only 100 meters from Lake Neuwarp, on the other side only about 80 meters from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature, and leisurely walks by the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria, and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 meters from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.
