The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable beds and kitchen and bathroom were perfect. Just be mindful the apartment is on the third floor so lots of steps up. The apartment is very hot, we couldn’t turn the heating off (or couldn’t find out how). The main road can be a bit noisy when the window is open. But overall would book this apartment again it’s in a great location to the old town and Jewish quarter, was perfect for what we needed. Tom was a great host and responded very quickly to all our messages.

Good big apartment for a larger group.

Great place to stay for long and short visits to Krakow. Good, peaceful location, clean apartment with a big, comfortable kitchen with all needed equipment. Reception is located in the same building which makes check-in super easy. Highly recommend this place :-)

The perfect place for a short getaway to Krakow. Great location, at the same time very intimate. Wonderful service, very friendly and helpful. Wonderful interior design, I fell in love with our black and gold yellow room. Great atmosphere! Wonderful cuisine! I recommend it!

I rate the stay very positively – the room was clean, tidy, functional and nicely decorated. Everything was as described. Of the minor drawbacks, there was only one pillow on the bed when booking for two people. It wasn't a big issue because I used the extra pillow from the couch, but it would be good to keep that in mind for the future. Despite this detail, I'm very happy with my stay, and I can honestly recommend :)

We were passing through to Lithuania, booked spontaneously for the evening at noon. Everything went great. The host was there in the evening and unlocked the door for us. The apartment is super great. We enjoyed it very much, even if we were only there for a short time. The apartment is very nice, clean and very stylish. It has everything you need for a stay. Unfortunately, 😍 we forgot our dog blanket there, but you say: if you forgot one thing, you will come back to the place. ☺️

The place and overall experience were great. The apartment is on the top floor, large and very tastefully decorated, with lots of natural light. Kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is modern and comfortable, there is washer (and some laundry detergent!), plenty towels, soap in the shower and for the sink. Very comfortable bed and pillows and ability to darken the room made for a very good night sleep. The place is minutes from the center yet is very peaceful and quiet. And it has a really pleasant atmosphere, one just wants hang out there. And Anna is a fantastic hostess. She came to the place earlier to allow me for an early checkin, was very pleasant and cordial. When I sent her a note suggesting that in the future she might want to add a few items for the kitchen it was less than half an hour when she brought them to the door! It was a really nice gesture since I didn't actually ask for them. If back in Krakow I'll be sure to rent from Crystal Suites again.

The apartment is well-maintained, clean. Very friendly, helpful registration service. Good access from the center, quiet neighborhood - if someone wants to relax - lots of quiet. You can use the on-site restaurant, moderate prices. An additional advantage is the possibility of leaving your luggage at the front desk and agreeing to check in early. Recommended! :)
