Holiday rentals with lake access in Polače

We really enjoyed our five night stay at Ružica's home! We felt very welcomed on arrival by personal touches from Ružica and her daughter. Our three boys (12, 10 and 4) loved being right next to the water, with the use of a kayak and paddleboard. Spending time on the lake in the morning & evenings made our stay really memorable and relaxing. The apartment has everything you need with special touches such as comfortable beds, dishwasher and lots of toys for the kids. It is quiet, feels away from the main tourist area, is an extremely family- friendly option and a really nice space to come back to at the end of the day. We did day trips to beautiful beaches and also visited Dubrovnik which we highly recommend, even with 3 kids in tow! Thank you again Ružica! Rebecca, David & the boys

Absolutely perfect in every way a stunning place to stay so much space to chill inside and out everything you need is there which is a first for us . And the cleanest place we have stayed too . Unexpected gifts of wine and chocolates and meat and cheese too . We had kayaks so was brilliant to launch them from the one minute walk from the private lake access. Marijana so friendly and professional explained everything in five minutes to us without feeling rushed . This is a genuine honest review and can’t recommend it highly enough . Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.

Stjepan (Stipe) was a wonderful host. He arranged airport transfers and was at the property to meet us. We checked in early, which was no problem with Stipe, and he gave us a lift to local supermarket twice during our stay, which saved lugging heavy bags on the bus. Stipe also arranged a great rafting trip, and recommended places to visit and where to eat, all of which were excellent. The property was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Would highly recommend.

We have had the most amazing stay at Vanda’s. I cannot recommend enough. The house is set on a beautiful riverside spot away from all the hustle and bustle but with very easy access to everything. If we return to Dubrovnik we will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for your hospitality and a wonderful time! xox

We spent part of our honeymoon at Tania's apartment. As a welcome, there was delicious wine, ham and cake, which was very attentive. The apartment is right on Punta Rata, it was a very impressive time.

The welcome we received was excellent, our hosts waited for us very late in the evening because of the delay of our plane. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable and the view of the water is beautiful. Fruit and drinks were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. We highly recommend this place.

Elvedina’s place is stunning. She was responsive throughout my entire stay, helpful, friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Check in was smooth and flexible which was appreciated after a long drive. The kitchen was very well stocked - if you like to cook you will have zero issues. The beds … you will have the best sleeps of your life they are so comfortable. The unit is in a quiet area, neighbours were quiet and the only noise was from the road and the occasional gym bar bell. We didn’t visit the gym nor the pool but it looks fantastic, clean, and convenient! The area is very hot in summer, she has the entire unit covered for AC - you will be incredibly comfortable. The balcony provided beautiful views of Mostar, and the famous bridge is within walking distance. If you have mobility issues - you will not be able to walk to the old town, but it’s a 5 minute drive (zero inconvenience). We felt safe and welcome throughout the stay and we will definitely return! Stay here!

I cannot recommend this BnB more. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout. The host met us late in the evening and was so polite giving us as much information as she could to make sure we had a perfect stay. The views are stunning, the location is perfect to get to old town or the harbour/restaurants a bus stop just outside the apartment. This is an absolutely 5 star experience and needs more recognition. I would recommend this for anybody visiting Dubrovnik and a special Thankyou to the host looking after our luggage and going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay 🫶🏼

Nena was very responsive and helpful and went well beyond expectations to make our stay incredible. Loved Zavalatica! Two great restaurants to suit any budget. Very friendly people and close to some great wineries. Already planning our next trip! Thanks again Nena!

We had a super nice week in Bol. For us with a toddler, this apartment was perfect. On the ground floor, so it was easily accessible with the stroller. Clean, modernly furnished, has everything you need. Just as described in the photos. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Just cross the promenade and we were at the beach. We booked right again for next year.

The hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. The apartment not only had everything you could possibly need but was also impeccably clean with great attention to detail, the bed was the most comfy I've experienced. Jozo goes the extra mile with lots of recommendations and is always readily available to answer any questions. She really is very much committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This apartment is large and well appointed. One could stay here easily for a week or more. Loved the location! Roko was an amazing host. We hope to see him again.

Anita"s place is quaint, almost fairytail like. it is surrounded by mountains and beautifull nature. We enjoyed Omis, the coast and the surrounding mountains. The place is prestine. Only thing, if you need the bathroom at nights.....you have to go to different building.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.

Best Vacation Ever!!!! We were enchanted from the moment we drove up to this Adriatic Treasure! I almost hesitate to describe it for fear that all days will be filled immediately and we won’t have a chance to return soon enough! The white pristine marble walkways and terrace provided access to the cold crystal clear water on three sides. The large outdoor area always provided a place of sun or shade throughout the day. Our grandchildren loved playing on the two paddle boards and exploring the outdoors. The AC inside offered an immediate respite when we stepped inside the cool white interior of the home. A treat of food and beverages awaited to our surprise. Totally unexpected! Marko was the perfect host, offering site recommendations including reservations at the scrumptious Sudvic Restaurant nearby. Seafood plucked right from the waters beside it! We are making plans now to try to return to this amazing magical paradise. You should book your vacation here now! You will not regret it!
