Holiday rentals with a pool in Polača

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

Das Steinhaus war einfach traumhaft! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom absolut privaten und uneinsichtigen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft direkt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen!

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit in der traumhaften Unterkunft von Vladimir. Die Einrichtung de Hauses ist stilvoll und gemütlich, der eigene Garten mit Pool gepflegt und einfach nur schön - so wie auch schon auf den Fotos sichtbar. Freundlich begrüßt wurden wir von Vladimirs Vater, aber auch mit Vladimir selbst standen wir stets in Kontakt. Wir haben hilfreiche und ausführliche Tipps für unsere Zeit dort (Ausflugsziele, Restauranttipps usw.) erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Selbst im Herbst ist diese Unterkunft und dieser Teil Kroatiens einen Besuch wert.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, einfach alles wunderschön. Hier steckt viel Mühe drin. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles da, tolle Einrichtung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tischkicker, Dart. Tischtennis …. hier kann man sich entspannen oder aktiv sein. Filip hat immer Kontakt gehalten und uns jede Menge tolle Tipps gegeben. Janja hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt . Sie hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles passt oder gefragt ob es uns an etwas fehlt. Das Haus ist abgelegen in ruhiger Lage, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Mit dem Auto 2 Minuten zum Brot holen und 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen. Perfekt. Strände und Städte sind mit dem Auto gleich zu erreichen. Wir haben es geliebt. Danke

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Sehr nett eingerichtet, super Gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nichts, vieles in 10-15 min fahrt erreichbar, Haus ist sehr klein (wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer) und die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht sehr angenehm, Angaben zum Standort waren nicht korrekt

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

christina hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen. die Unterkunft war schöner als auf den Fotos, der Pool war das absolute Highlight. gute Tipps und jederzeit freundliche Kommunikation, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen bei Tomislav & Ivana! Auf Fragen und Wünsche haben Sie sofort reagiert 🫶 Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, das man braucht & wir konnten sehr schnell einen entspannten Urlaubsrhythmus finden. Mal haben wir in der sehr gut funktionierenden Küche gekocht (der Induktionsherd war super) & entspannt auf der Terrasse bei beleuchtetem Pool gegessen, mal sind wir zum Dinner in eines der vielfältigen Restaurants in der Nähe ausgegangen. Bei Sonnenuntergang am Meer die Promenade entlang zu schlendern, war sehr schön! Tomislav & Ivana haben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben-die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Erkundungen rundum, wie Split, Trogir und auch der Krka Nationalpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe. Wenn wir in der Wohnung geblieben sind, konnten wir wunderbar chillen, lesen &das tolle Wetter genießen. In der ersten Juni-Woche waren es schnell 28°, da war es fantastisch, in den privaten Pool zu hüpfen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Alles war bestens! Super Haus, super Pool, gut ausgestattet. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen 💪

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

Jättefint boende! Var lika fint som på bilderna om inte ännu finnare. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga värdar. Vi åkte med en 16 månaders "bebis" och baksidan med pool och solstolar passade oss perfekt! Baksidan var privat och trevlig. Staden/byn var inte så stor och inte så mycket att göra, men det passade oss bra som bilade ned. Bra och nära möjlighet till att handla mat.

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.
