Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Poisy

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Laura's place is perfect. High floor, with elevator, and the view outside is just magnificent. She'll give you complete and very clear instructions what to do, and everything you'll need is provided there.

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans le logement d'Alejandra. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique : 10 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10 minutes du centre historique et 15 minutes du lac. Nombreux commerces (grande surface, restaurants, prêt à porter, pharmacie) à proximité. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et très bien équipé : vous ne manquerez de rien si vous choisissez d'y séjourner ! Nous étions 5 (4 adultes et un jeune enfant) et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds :) Enfin, Alejandra a été extrêmement disponible et est venue nous accueillir en personne.

We hebben het fantastisch gehad in de accommodatie van Kenji. Bij aankomst hebben we de sleutel overhandigd gekregen van zijn vader. Een enorm vriendelijke man en gaf geweldige tips over de omgeving. Bij vertrek waren we mijn zoontje zijn knuffeltje vergeten. Werd gelijk gebeld en het knuffeltje werd naar de auto gebracht. Echt super! Raad deze accommodatie aan iedereen aan en als we nog eens Annecy zouden bezoeken kom ik weer langs, bedankt 😊

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Super séjour, Un très bon logement pour visiter Annecy avec un grand confort et tout le nécessaire. La place de Parking est étroite pour les grands véhicules mais il y a beaucoup de places dans les rues adjacentes si nécessaire. L’hôte est très à l’écoute et réactif aux demandes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline. L’appartement est tel que mentionné parfaitement décoré et propre. L’emplacement permet de tout faire à pied et les idées données ne manquent pas pas . Nous reviendrons c’est sûr. Le contact avec Caroline est excellent je recommande vivement à tous les propriétaires de venir faire un tour dans ce petit bijou et de s’en inspirer pour leurs futurs locataires.

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cette maison cosy et décorée avec goût. Elle correspond aux photos publiées. Petit Havre de paix où l'on s'y sent bien.

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Arnaud went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he provided refreshments, he was so flexible and accommodating & always responded right away. Could not rate this stay highly enough, it genuinely made our trip x
