Waterfront holiday rentals in Pointe-Noire

Very nice stay at Nadia's, nice welcome from her. The interior of the apartment is very clean and most of the utilities are there. The internet and air conditioning work great. The municipality of Ste-Rose is more in the countryside than that of St-François so in the evening there are not many restaurants that are open but tranquility is still an interesting aspect because we are more in the daily life of the residents. We really enjoyed Ste-Rose. Thank you Nadia.

Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating departure time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Very nice apartment well located in Gosier. Communication with the housing managers was excellent, they are very attentive and very responsive to make the stay as good as possible. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment is very pleasant and totally matches the description. It is quiet, with a water reserve, which is a sure asset because there are many water outages. Secure parking is a real plus too. For the apartment and its equipment, everything was designed by Elisa to the bags for shopping. The cherry on the cake, pristine cleanliness and a small host planter that was much appreciated.

We had a nice stay in the apartment right in the harbor. The apartment looked like the pictures and Loïc thought of everything you need for a stay. There is a lot to reach on foot. Communication with Loïc was easy.

Beautiful square and the scenery is beautiful! The apartment is super well-equipped , even for the beach and picnic. A first for us in Airbnb but we'll do it again! However, I would have liked to have been told that everything is absolutely done by car. Sunday after 2:30 PM everything is closed, so there's no way to eat or shop. Taxis are expensive but super nice. Friendly and welcoming people with Canadians and especially the people of Quebec . Personally, the beach is St-Anne is the most beautiful. The points of visit are very beautiful but bcp of places do not have a toilet! to be checked and organized. ( Ilet du Gosier , Yellow baths, Pointe du châteaux ... have restaurants but no toilet! attention ) We will probably return to Guadeloupe but more towards St-Anne which is a beautiful city and easier to walk and more complete for a 7 days. Excellent welcome from our hosts Catherine and Georges who are super considerate and attentive to our needs, it is really nice to be welcomed in such a kind and professional way in such a place the accommodation met all our expectations, it is well located, well equipped, very clean, and allows you to radiate to many places which allowed us to take great walks We thank them again very warmly

I stayed some days in Line’s cottage with a friend. The cottage is super, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Line is very friendly and took good care of us. The check-in and the check-out were flexible and easy. The cottage is pretty, clean and very quiet and the view is the best ever. We can warmly recommend the gîte to other travellers and would be happy to come back one day.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

Impeccable stay. Nothing to say about hosting at the end of the stay. She was able to answer any questions we had without difficulty. If you had to do it again, would have been happy to do it again.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The location is beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are really friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome with our two children aged 11 and 13. Access by car is easy. There's a grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to a small beach to go snorkeling and see turtles as well as beautiful fish and corals. We recommend the place and would return without hesitation.

We had a great stay, the place and the view are great 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

The accommodation is perfect, very well equipped (washing machine, coffee maker, outdoor kitchen, terrace...), as mentioned in the listing. Pool with sea view, the aperitif ti punch / sunset with Mario, the planter and the accras made by Murielle was a real pleasure. We really recommend this place, you can stay there without a second thought.

Good stay. The big plus is the location of this apartment that allows access to the most beautiful beaches quickly (on foot or by car) As described. Only small area for improvement: directions to find the location on arrival.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
