Holiday rentals with beach access in Pointe-Noire

We had a pleasant stay in the accommodation. The views are fantastic As well as the interior of the house (small plus for the bathroom)

The apartment is very well located, very close to Malendure beach and perfect for visiting both the north and south of Basse-Terre. I recommend it!

an extraordinary view, we fought to do the dishes with such a view... swimming pool very nice to cool off as well as the air conditioning in the accommodation ... pleasant terrace to eat in the company of chickens , birds and frogs all while admiring the sunset...Dominique is a very friendly host... in short, we will not hesitate to go back

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The accommodation was very clean and very well maintained, consistent with the photos. The views are great. Access can be on foot but plan a shower when you arrive! the neighborhood is very quiet, relaxing. the Pain de Sucre beach barely 5 minutes away is a real plus. I highly recommend it and you can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place with stunning views of the Grande Anse bay and the sea. You can reach several beautiful beaches either on foot or in a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommend! :)

Very nice, brand new and well-equipped accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful covered terrace outside where we had all our meals. Very nice view of the Cousteau reserve. The hot tub is perfect for the end of the day, not overlooked. We found a pathway to Malendure beach with the explanations given by Yves. The best part is that we were able to swim with 2 turtles. I would not hesitate to rent this place again if I had to come back to this beautiful part of the island 🤩

Very clean and well maintained accommodation. The upper terrace offers a beautiful view. However, traffic is perceptible there. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance.

Domi was super nice, she left us a fairly long list of recommendations for activities and restaurants. She responded quickly to my questions. The accommodation is super well located, within walking distance to several very beautiful beaches and without sargassum. It was great.

My wife and I have just spent a fortnight at Émile's! Very pleasant stay in a large and comfortable step-free! The air conditioning in one room and the very powerful fan helped us withstand the heat. The large and totally shaded veranda was often our preferred room! The plus: two relaxed people who accompanied us to the different beaches ( folded in the trunk of the car!) Very functional TV and wifi. The equipment needed for cooking is however basic... but we adapt 😉 In short, a GREAT STAY!!!

Conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from the beach! Everything is designed for a pleasant stay: the apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Bottom of house with a beautiful view. Life is mainly on the large and very pleasant terrace. The brewers in the rooms are nice. Well located to go all the way down the coast.

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate any longer—this is the place you wanna rent in Guadeloupe!

We had a great time at Thierry's place. The villa is great. Beautiful sea view, beautiful garden, salt pool to cool off, beautiful decoration with lots of comfort and good quality amenities. The little cove is just a few minutes walk away and the most beautiful beaches on the earth downstairs is a few minutes drive away. Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

We had a great time at Jean Pierre's place. Gaelle and Jean Pierre are very welcoming. Jean Pierre is an in-train who loves conviviality and when the bell rings at 7 p.m. it is the beginning of good times and friendly encounters with other travelers. Except imprevus related to its ice cream machine! We met beautiful people both our hosts and other guests. Gaelle gave us great tips for visiting the island, at the top. The apartment is well located, beautiful view, beach 10-15 min walk, clean, functional. We are a family with two children aged 5 and 6 and the place was perfect for us. A big thank you to Gaelle and Jean Pierre!

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jérôme's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect in a situation with the beach opposite. Perfect in equipment... there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! One day, we must leave this interlude of life and return to reality.

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for a person like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, faithful to the description, very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything to spend a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value for money.

We had a great time in Evelyne and Jean's apartment. Sébastien welcomed us super friendly and was always available for all questions. A big thank you to Evelyne and Jean for the many recommendations for activities and restaurants, we felt very welcome. The studio was very clean and cozy and the best thing is of course the view of the sea from the beautiful terrace. The nearest beach is only 3 minutes away on foot. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Beautiful place! We loved the privacy of the balcony and enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen. Peaceful stay which allowed us to fully relax. Martine was very friendly and made the check-in/check-out process simple. We would definitely recommend this place!
