David's home in the Guerneville redwoods was a magical place for a solo retreat. The beauty and attention to detail was wonderful - from the art to the amenities to the guidebook! David was very responsive and kind in his communications. Would stay again.

Bolinas is a special, unique, off-beat slice of heaven. Same with Charle’s cottage. If you love authentic coastal vibes, then do yourself a favor and stay here if you can. It’s the real, real. Well loved and well worn cottage that works like a charm. Hot tub, walk to beach or the Mesa, or town. Little deck to enjoy the ocean view. We had the most incredible stay at Mama K’s! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the Russian River with gorgeous views and a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. Also, the wildlife was great to watch out for! Many deer, birds (even eagles!) and foxes! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (lots of great updates!) with everything we needed. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Our dogs were in heaven! They loved exploring the property, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the fresh air. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place that feels this special, but Mama K’s delivered on every level. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mama K, for sharing this magical place with us, we’ll definitely be back.

This cottage is a little gem in a desirable part of the city. The upstairs sleeping loft is spacious and well laid out with plenty of closet and drawer space. We loved the thoughtful touches like high-quality coffee, a bottle of wine, extra sheets and towels, and attractive decor and books. Host Johnny was very responsive to our questions about the heating unit and fixed it right away. Not a problem for the physically agile, but guests should be aware that the outdoor side entrance is maybe 24 inches wide, and that the steep loft stairs are necessary to navigate to use the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay with a kind and thoughtful host!

This cute little cottage was such a pleasure to stay in. Amir was super responsive and did a great job finessing the details of the place to ensure comfort, coziness, and convenience. And everything was sparkling clean! You can tell he put a lot of thought in to making the place feel perfect. Absolutely loved it, would highly recommend a stay here. Trust the reviews :)

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Dennis and Dan’s amazing cottage! The view was amazing and the beach less than a 5 mins walk away. We walked down to the beach for long walks with our dogs twice daily, they had a ball! It’s wonderful to be able to let your dogs run off leash on a beach, there are so few places in CA that you can. We had planned on venturing out but found ourselves glued to the deck people watching, listening to the waves and chilling out. The cottage was immaculate! We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have literally thought of everything! We couldn’t leave without first booking for next year.

I had the very BEST stay at Mark's place! Everything about the stay was magical - the cottage was quaint and lovely, surrounded by redwoods. Mark's hospitality was of the very best I have seen...he was so kind, helpful and caring and lovely to talk with during the stay. He cares so much and wants to make sure his guests have the best experience. And wow the baked goods are incredible! This was the best mini retreat I could have imagined..I will definitely be back!

Gem of a beachhouse, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Clean, tastefully decorated cabin and loved the peaceful back garden and front patio to enjoy the sun as well.

This spot is exactly why I love using Airbnb. The house is perfectly suited for two folks, nestled in a very well manicured backyard full of life. Tina & Lucky are wonderful. We loved meeting their lovely dog who searched around for intruders. If I’m ever back in Oakland I’ll be sure to stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an enjoyable weekend stay at Peter’s cottage. The location was beautiful and home was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and I appreciated a clean porta-crib that was provided.

The house was cute and in a great location, just a few minutes away from the main streets and restaurants in town, as well as a park a few blocks away. Robert reached out early on and was responsive to messages.

This Airbnb was a great home base - extremely well furnished, clean, and a beautiful setup with lovely outdoor space. We were thrilled with our choice and had so much fun watching our kids explore the backyard while we lounged and took in the trees.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home and garden. Area was easy to navigate and parking was a breeze. Host was incredibly responsive as well. My only regret is we were too early to see the wisteria in bloom! We would stay here again!

You won't find a more peaceful place for a getaway. If you sit in the rocker on the front porch and look out a the mini vineyard, the view will mesmerize you. If you want a more active stay, downtown Sonoma is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is well outfitted, and there's a grill out back. The grounds are filled with flowers, there are olive trees lining the property (you'll find olive oil from the fruit of these trees in the kitchen cupboard!). Katherine is a wonderful host: warm and friendly; responsive; thoughtful . There are many nice touches around the house, which is comfortably furnished in all the rooms. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Katherine!
