We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

The house has a modern and functional living area, equipped with all comforts, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a very charming outdoor space with a terrace overlooking the lake. A unique experience immersed in nature, I fell asleep to a concert of frogs and woke up in the morning to the chirping of birds, there is an excellent air supply, the bedroom has a double view. However, I recommend having lunch at the Oasi di Bianca, where you can swim and sunbathe. The beach is pet friendly. The friendly owners. Beautiful experience.

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in La Finestra and were already very warmly welcomed on arrival. The house is well equipped and very cozy. Our hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

Stefano was the best host we have ever had. He picked us up from the train station, greeted us with local fruit & wine, water, milk, coffee, and biscuits. The bed was super comfy, the area is quiet and the locals are the most friendly people. We had great pizza there, recommended by Stefano. The train station is a short walk away, it is easy to get to the city. We couldnt recommend this highly enough! Please stay here!! You wont regret it. Stefano is the best!
